บริษัท มิตซูบิชิ มอเตอร์ส (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด จัดทัพรถยนต์รุ่นยอดนิยมพร้อมแสดงภายในงาน ฟาสต์ ออโต้ โชว์ ไทยแลนด์ 2018 ทั้ง มิตซูบิชิ ปาเจโร สปอร์ต มิตซูบิชิ ไทรทัน และ ไทรทัน แอทลีท มิตซูบิชิ แอททราจ และ มิตซูบิชิ มิราจ ใหม่

รถยนต์ที่ได้รับการจัดแสดงภายในงานฟาสต์ ออโต้ โชว์ 2018 ยังรวมถึง มิตซูบิชิ ปาเจโร สปอร์ต ที่มาพร้อมชุดแต่งพิเศษ ประกอบด้วยชุดซุ้มล้อบังโคลนสีดำ ชุดชายกันชนหน้าและหลังสีดำ ชุดตกแต่งใต้กันชนหลัง ชุดตกแต่งข้างประตูสีดำ รวมถึงโครงรองบันไดซ้ายและขวา ทุกชิ้นส่วนถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อเสริมความหรูหราและความบึกบึนของรถอเนกประสงค์รุ่นนี้โดยเฉพาะ 

อีกหนึ่งความโดดเด่นของบูธมิตซูบิชิ ได้แก่ มิตซูบิชิ ไทรทัน แอทลีท กระบะพันธุ์เข้ม ที่ได้รับการตกแต่งเพิ่มความสปอร์ตและแข็งแกร่งเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับสมรรถนะที่เหนือกว่า พร้อมบุกตะลุยฝ่าทุกอุปสรรคด้วยเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะอีกขั้นของความสปอร์ตเข้มเร้าใจ

นอกจากนี้ มิตซูบิชิ มอเตอร์ส ประเทศไทย ยังได้เปิดตัว ‘M-Drive’ แอพพลิเคชั่นสำหรับสมาร์ทโฟนเพื่อยกระดับประสบการณ์และสร้างความพึงพอใจให้แก่ลูกค้า

M-Drive เป็นแอพพลิเคชั่นที่ได้รับการพัฒนาเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกแก่ลูกค้าในการดูแลรถยนต์ผ่านแพลทฟอร์มการเชื่อมต่อที่รวดเร็วและแม่นยำ โดยสามารถอัพเดตสถานะและข้อมูลการบริการรถยนต์มิตซูบิชิแบบเรียลไทม์บนสมาร์ทโฟนรองรับระบบปฏิบัติการทั้งแอนดรอยด์และ ไอโอเอส

แอพพลิเคชั่น M-Drive ยังสามารถทำการแจ้งเตือนเมื่อรถยนต์ถึงกำหนดการตรวจเช็คระยะ โดยลูกค้าสามารถทำการนัดหมายเพื่อเข้ารับการบริการและดูรายละเอียดการประเมินค่าใช้จ่ายล่วงหน้าได้ อีกทั้งยังสามารถสื่อสารกับ มิตซูบิซิ มอเตอร์ส ประเทศไทย เกี่ยวกับการให้บริการช่วยเหลือฉุกเฉิน ติดต่อสอบถาม หรือมีข้อร้องเรียนต่างๆ เกี่ยวกับการให้บริการได้ทันที

นอกจากนี้ มิตซูบิชิ มอเตอร์ส ประเทศไทย ยังนำเสนอโปรโมชั่นพิเศษ ‘My Mitsubishi, My Choice’ เพื่อช่วยให้ลูกค้าเป็นเจ้าของรถยนต์มิตซูบิชิได้ง่ายขึ้น โดยลูกค้าสามารถเลือกรับข้อเสนอสุดพิเศษ อาทิ อัตราดอกเบี้ยต่ำร้อยละ 0.88 หรือการผ่อนชำระนานสูงสุด 8 ปี หรือเลือกรับแพคเกจ 5 ปีดูแลดีถึงใจ ลูกค้าที่จองและรับรถยนต์มิตซูบิชิ ภายใน 31 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2561 ยังได้รับประกันภัยชั้นหนึ่งฟรี 1 ปี และดิจิตอลทีวี (สำหรับ มิตซูบิชิ ปาเจโร สปอร์ต เท่านั้น)

Mitsubishi Motors Creates New Customer Experience
at FAST Auto Show Thailand 2018

Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co. Ltd. is bringing its lineup of popular models include Mitsubishi Pajero Sport, Mitsubishi Triton and Triton Athlete, Mitsubishi Attrage, and new Mitsubishi Mirage to FAST Auto Show Thailand 2018. 

On products and models on display,Mitsubishi Pajero Sport will be available with special accessories that include black fender arch molding, black corner protector at the front and rear, rear under garnish, black side garnish and garnish sidestep on both sides of the vehicle. All the parts are designed to improve the SUV’s prowess while enhancing a luxurious appearance.

Also highlighted at the Mitsubishi booth will be the Mitsubishi Triton Athlete. The enhanced sporty and tough pickup truck comes with superior capabilities to break through all obstacles with a unique identity

Visitors to the auto show will also be able to view the complete line-up of Mitsubishi vehicles on display. Special gifts and offers will also be available.

To advance customer experience and satisfaction, Mitsubishi Motors Thailand also introduces a new mobile application ‘M-Drive’.

“With the launch of our new mobile application, we continue to offer superior customer experience that go together with our great products. Our high standards of customer service are what we are known for and we continue to innovate and improve it to align with our global tagline ‘Drive your Ambition’, aimed at inspiring and motivating our customers,” said Mr. Morikazu Chokki, President and CEO, Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

The M-Drive mobile application is developed to help customers take care of their vehicles via a fast, accurate and connected platform. It comes with real-time updates on service status and information on smartphones running on both Android and iOS operating systems.

The application also alerts customers through notifications when the vehicle’s service interval is due. Customers can make appointments for services and check all expenses in advance, and also call Mitsubishi service center for any advices, recommendations and assistance.

To help facilitate customers’ purchase of Mitsubishi vehicles, the company also offers‘My Mitsubishi, My Choice’ promotion for all models. Customers can choose from a 0.88 percent interest rate or installment period of up to eight years or Mitsubishi 5-year ultimate care package. Free first class insurance for one year and a digital TV set box (for Mitsubishi Pajero Sport only) will also be offered to customers who book and receive their vehicle by July 31, 2018.
