กรุงเทพฯ 26 พฤษภาคม 2560 -โรงแรมดุสิตธานีกรุงเทพฯ เป็นเจ้าภาพจัดงาน “เซาท์อีสต์เอเชีย โฮเทล อินเวสเตอร์ส” (South East Asia Hotel Investors – SEAHIS) การประชุมนักลงทุนและผู้บริหารธุรกิจโรงแรมในภูมิภาคเอเชียจะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 13-14 มิถุนายน 2560 โดยสมาคมนักลงทุนด้านโรงแรม หรือฮอฟเทล (HOFTEL)

มร. ไซมอน แอลลิสัน ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารของฮอฟเทล กล่าวว่า “เจ้าของโรงแรมมีความกังวลเพิ่มมากขึ้นอันเนื่องมาจากสภาวะของตลาดในปัจจุบัน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นค่าคอมมิชชั่นที่สูงจากตัวแทนการท่องเที่ยวช่องทางออนไลน์ (Online Travel Agencies – OTAs) การรวมตัวกันของผู้ประกอบการที่ทำให้มีตัวเลือกลดน้อยลง ค่าธรรมเนียมการบริหารโรงแรม ความไม่มั่นคงของเศรษฐกิจโลก หรือแม้แต่ภาวะซัพพลายโรงแรมล้นตลาด ซึ่งจากประเด็นตรงจุดนี้ SEAHIS จึงนำเสนอสิ่งที่แตกต่างออกไป โดยในงานจะมีปาถกฐาจากผู้บริหารระดับสูงในสาขาการพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ในธุรกิจนี้ ซึ่งองค์ปาฐกเหล่านี้ก็จะเผยมุมมองของตนในเรื่องดังกล่าวอย่างชัดเจน และน่าจะจุดประกายให้มีการพูดคุยถกความคิดเห็นกันต่อได้อย่างดีเยี่ยมเลยทีเดียว”

hotel real estate investors will be held from 13 – 14 June 2017 Bangkok, 26 May 2017 – The inaugural South East Asia Hotel Investors’ Summit will be held next month at Dusit Thani Bangkok, the flagship hotel of Thailand-based, global hospitality company Dusit International, bringing together hotel company CEOs and other senior executives from around the region for what promises to be an unusually direct and hard-hitting series of debates.Organised by HOFTEL, the world’s only global hotel owners’ alliance, which also organises the annual Gulf and Indian Ocean Hotel Investors’ Summit (GIOHIS), SEAHIS will feature not only Thai hotel leaders, but also respected names from Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Maldives and Australia.
