Thailand — 12 March 2014 — Avnet Technology Solutions, a solutions distribution leader and an operating group of Avnet, Inc., (NYSE: AVT), today announced that it has been authorized by Bitdefender to distribute its products and solutions portfolio in Thailand. With the appointment, Avnet will offer Bitdefender’s full range of security products and solutions for all market segments, from home users and small-medium business to corporate clients requiring security solutions for virtualized environments. Avnet and Bitdefender will jointly offer security solutions for corporate and government use, including the education, telecom and finance sectors.
