“เจมาร์ท กรุ๊ป” ไม่หวั่นปัจจัยลบ พร้อมเปิดศึกรุกธุรกิจปี 57 คาดรายได้รวมโต 35%
เจมาร์ท กรุ๊ป วางหมากปี 57 รุกหนักธุรกิจมือถือ และในเครือ คาดรายได้ปีนี้โตไม่ต่ำกว่า 35% โดยไม่หวั่นปัจจัยภายนอก มั่นใจรายได้ธุรกิจ “เจมาร์ท”ปีนี้ 12,500 ลบ. ส่วนบริษัทในเครือ เจ เอ็ม ที ตั้งเป้ารายได้ 495 ลบ. และ เจ เอเอส แอสเซ็ท คาดรายได้ 470 ลบ. พร้อมเตรียมเข้าตลาดหลักทรัพย์ในไตรมาส 4/2557
นายอดิศักดิ์ สุขุมวิทยา ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท เจ มาร์ท จำกัด (มหาชน) เปิดเผยว่า การดำเนินธุรกิจของเจมาร์ท และบริษัทในเครือปี 2557 จะมุ่งเน้นกลยุทธ์เชิงรุกอย่างจริงจัง โดยเฉพาะธุรกิจจำหน่ายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ และอุปกรณ์เสริมต่างๆ ที่ยังเติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยคาดว่าในปี 2014 ตลาดรวมโทรศัพท์มือถือจะมีจำนวน 25 ล้านเครื่อง แม้ว่าปัจจัยภายนอกจะเป็นลบ แต่จากการขยายโครงข่าย 3 จีครอบคลุมทั่วประเทศ และโครงข่าย 4 จีของโอเปอเรเตอร์ทั้ง 3 ราย จะเป็นปัจจัยหนุนให้ตลาดยังคงเติบโต ดังนั้นเจมาร์ทได้เตรียมการขยายช่องทางต่างๆ ได้แก่ การขยายสาขาเจมาร์ท ช็อป ทั้งในกรุงเทพและต่างจังหวัด เพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 300 แห่ง จากปัจจุบันที่มี 255 แห่ง เพื่อให้ครอบคลุมทั่วประเทศ อีกทั้งเตรียมรีโนเวท ช็อปเดิมกว่า 36 แห่ง ให้มีความทันสมัย ด้วยงบลงทุนราว 252.ลบ.รวมทั้งเตรียมจัดงานเจมาร์ท โมบายโชว์ 2014 เพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 12 ครั้ง จากเดิม 7 ครั้ง ด้วยงบประมาณกว่า 85 ลบ.
“จากการขยายตัวไปยังตลาดต่างจังหวัดให้ครอบคลุมทุกภาค เพื่อเป็นการเข้าถึงผู้บริโภค และการสร้างแบรนด์เจมาร์ทให้แข็งแกร่งมากยิ่งขึ้น ส่งผลให้ปีนี้คาดว่าเจมาร์ทจะมีรายได้กว่า 12,500 ล้านบาท หรือเติบโต 40% จากปีที่ผ่านมาปิดรายได้ที่ 9,000 ล้านบาท เพื่อกระตุ้นยอดขายและคืนกำไรให้กับลูกค้า เจมาร์ทเตรียมแคมเปญพิเศษเนื่องในโอกาสครบรอบ 25 ปี อีกด้วย”
เจมาร์ทยังคงพัฒนาด้านคุณภาพการให้บริการ Jaymart Quality Service หรือ JQS ที่มีความเป็นมาตรฐานการให้บริการเดียวกันในทุกสาขาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ด้วยการสำรวจความพึงพอใจ การสุ่มตรวจสอบ การให้บริการในแต่ละสาขา เพื่อนำมาพัฒนาให้คุณภาพการให้บริการดียิ่งขึ้น นอกจากนี้ในปี 2557 เจมาร์ท ยังได้เน้นการทำ CRM ด้วยบัตร Mobile Plus และ บัตร Enjoy Card โดยบัตร Mobile Plus เป็นบัตรที่เพิ่มระยะเวลาการรับประกันสินค้า และเพิ่มมูลค่าเมื่อนำเครื่องกลับมาเทิร์นสูงกว่าราคากลาง 600 บาท ส่วนบัตร Enjoy Card เป็นบัตรสะสมแต้ม ที่สามารถนำแต้มมาใช้เป็นส่วนลดเงินสดได้
ด้าน นายปิยะ พงษ์อัชฌา ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท เจ เอ็ม ที เน็ทเวอร์ค เซอร์วิสเซ็ส จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ JMT ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจให้บริการติดตามเร่งรัดหนี้ และบริหารหนี้ด้อยคุณภาพระดับ แนวหน้าของไทย เปิดเผยว่า ปัจจุบันที่มีอยู่ 3 หมื่นล้านบาท จากการรุกธุรกิจลุยซื้อหนี้สินเชื่อเช่าซื้อรถยนต์จาก ไทยพาณิชย์ลิสซิ่ง ตุนเข้าพอร์ตเพิ่มอีก 279 ล้านบาท และในปีนี้เตรียมที่จะซื้อหนี้สิ้นเพิ่มในปีนี้อีก 1.3 หมื่นล้านบาท จากชี้อัตราผลตอบแทนจากการซื้อหนี้อยู่ในระดับใกล้เคียงกับการซื้อหนี้ ในครั้งที่ผ่านมา รวมทั้งเตรียมขยายธุรกิจสินเชื่อส่วนบุคคลใน IT Junction และธุรกิจนายหน้าประกันภัย โดยคาดว่ากำไรจะเติบโต 80% จากปีก่อน
อย่างไรก็ตาม จากความชำนาญเชี่ยวชาญในธุรกิจ รวมทั้งความพร้อมทั้งทางด้านบุคลากรและ เงินลงทุน จึงเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่สนับสนุนให้บริษัท สามารถซื้อหนี้เข้ามาบริหารได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง และมั่นใจพอร์ตหนี้ด้อยคุณภาพของบริษัทจะมีแนวโน้มเติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่องอีกด้วย
นงลักษณ์ ลักษณะโภคิน ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บจก.เจเอเอส แอสเซ็ท ผู้ให้บริการพื้นที่ ค้าปลีก ไอทีจังชั่น ศูนย์รวมร้านค้าจำหน่ายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ ซึ่งปัจจุบันมีสาขาจำนวน 42 สาขา มีพื้นที่บริหารกว่า 13,000 ตร.ม. และมีร้านค้าเช่ากว่า 1,400 ร้านค้า โดยในปี 2557 นี้ จะเพิ่มจำนวนเป็น 62 สาขา คาดว่าจะมีรายได้กว่า 470 ล้านบาท และภายใน 3 ปี จะมีสาขารวมกว่า 100 สาขา และมีรายได้กว่า 1,000 ล้านบาท นอกจากนี้ ในปีนี้ทางบริษัทได้ขยายธุรกิจใหม่ เปิดตัวโครงการ “The JAS” ศูนย์การค้าชุมชน(Neighbourhood Lifestyle mall) ที่รวบรวมสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบวงจร เหมาะกับไลฟ์สไตล์คนรุ่นใหม่ โดยเตรียมเปิดโครงการ “The JAS” ใน 2 สาขา ได้แก่ วังหิน และลาดปลาเค้า จะเริ่มเปิดให้บริการสาขาวังหิน เป็นสาขาแรกภายในสิ้นปี 2557 และกลางปี 2558 จะเปิดสาขาลาดปลาเค้าต่อไป คาดว่าจะใช้งบลงทุน 2 สาขา รวมกว่า 1,000 ล้านบาท ซึ่งทางบริษัทฯ มีแผนระดมทุนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯ ช่วงปลายปี 2557

JMT expects to generate income 490 million baht, meanwhile, JAS Asset revenue 470 million baht and ready to set eyes for SET in Q4/2014.
Adisak Sukhumvitaya, Chief Executive Officer, Jaymart Public Co., Ltd. said “the business direction of JayMart and affiliates in this 2014 will literally focus on dissemination strategy, especially mobile phone and gadgets business with a steady growth. Therefore, in 2014, JayMart expects the handset market will amount 25 million. Although external factors are negative, but the expansion of 3G nationwide network coverage and 4G network of 3 operators will constantly support the market growth. Thus, JayMart is preparing to expand its distribution channels, including expansion JayMart shops, both in Bangkok and upcountry by increasing to 300 from the current 255 to cover nationwide branches. The renovation is ready to furnish more than 36 of the original applications with an investment around 252 billion baht, including the preparation of JayMart Mobile Show 2014 up from 7 times to 12 times, with a budget of over 85 million baht.
“From the expansion to the upcountry markets to cover all sectors so as to reach the consumers as well as to strengthen JayMart brand reputation, as the result of this year, JayMart supposed to earn revenues over 12.5 billion baht or up to 40% from last year closing at 9,000 million baht. In addition, to boost sales and return profits to customers, JayMart create the special campaign on the occasion of the 25th year’s anniversary as well.”
Jaymart continues to improve Jaymart Quality Service or JQS with same standard of high quality service in every countrywide branch by the satisfaction survey, a random check of service in each branch in order to develop the quality of service even better.
Also in 2014, Jaymart has focused on CRM by Mobile Plus Card and Enjoy Card. Mobile Plus card is benefit to enhance warranty period and add more value when turn the cellphone than standard price up to 600 baht, yet Enjoy Card is a loyalty card and points can be used as a discount for cash.
On the side, Piya Pong-acha the CEO of JMT Network Services Plc., Ltd. or JMT as Thailand’s leading of debt service operators and management of distressed debt said that the existing three billion baht from the penetration of business in installment loans from a leading hire-purchase operator from Siam Commercial Bank Leasing to stock port additional 279 million baht. And this year is ready to buy such loans from leasing companies 1.3 billion baht from the rate of return from buying debt, parallel with buying debt in the last time. Including the expansion of personal loans in IT Junction and insurance brokerage business. We expect earnings to grow 80 % from last year.
However, specialized expertise in business, the availability of both personnel and investments are the significant contributors to the company. Debt can buy into its management continuously . And ensuring portfolio of distressed companies are likely to continue growing as well.

By preparing to launch "The JAS" in two areas: Wang Hin and Lad Pla Kao with the the first opening Wang Hin branch by the end of 2014 and next Lad Pla Kao branch in the mid of 2015. Expect to require an investment of over a billion baht in these two branches which the company plans to raise capital in the stock market in late 2014.
