TIJผลักดันประเด็น “ธุรกิจ กิจการเพื่อสังคม และสิทธิมนุษยชน” มุ่งสร้างสังคมยุติธรรม



สถาบันเพื่อการยุติธรรมแห่งประเทศไทย(TIJ)จัดการเสวนาเรื่อง “ธุรกิจกิจการเพื่อสังคมและสิทธิมนุษยชน”ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของหลักสูตรอบรมด้านหลักนิติธรรมและการพัฒนาสำหรับผู้บริหารหรือ TIJ Executive Program on the Rule of Law and Development (RoLD)รุ่นที่ 3เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นกับผู้บริหารและผู้บริหารรุ่นใหม่ที่เข้าร่วมอบรมในหลักสูตรRoLD และเพื่อนำเสนอประเด็นเชิงนโยบายเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของภาคธุรกิจในการสร้างสังคมที่ยุติธรรมและเท่าเทียมกันโดยมี ศาสตราจารย์พิเศษ ดร. กิตติพงษ์กิตยารักษ์ (กลาง) ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันเพื่อการยุติธรรมแห่งประเทศไทยกล่าวนำและมีวิทยากรที่เข้าร่วมการเสวนา ประกอบด้วย (เรียงจากซ้ายไปขวา) คุณณัฐพงษ์ จารุวรรณพงศ์อดีตผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานสร้างเสริมกิจการเพื่อสังคมกล่าวเกี่ยวกับประเด็นปัจจัยความสำเร็จของวิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคม และ การออกพ.ร.บ.เพื่อส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคม คุณธีรดา ศุภะพงษ์ ผู้แทนองค์กรประจำประเทศไทยศูนย์ประสานการเสวนาเพื่อมนุษยธรรมกล่าวในประเด็นปัญหา ความท้าทาย และการแก้ไขปัญหาโดยวิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคมและดำเนินรายการโดย ดร.เนติธร ประดิษฐ์สาร ผู้ช่วยบริหารประธานคณะผู้บริหารรองกรรมการผู้จัดการด้านความยั่งยืนและสื่อสารองค์กรบริษัทเครือเจริญโภคภัณฑ์จำกัด

TIJ drives forward the issue of “Business, Social Enterprise and Human Rights” towards creating a society based on rule of law



The Thailand Institute of Justice (TIJ) held the seminar “Business, Social Enterprise and Human Rights”, for TIJ Executive Program on Rule of Law and Development (RoLD), now in its third year. The seminar focused on exchanges of ideas between emerging leaders in the RoLD program for the purpose of impacting, on the policy level, the role of the business sector in creating a society based on equality and rule of law. Prof. Dr. Kittipong Kittayarak (second from left), Executive Director of TIJ, welcomed the participants with an opening address. Joining the seminar are distinguished speakers, including (from left to right):  Mr. NuttaphongJaruwannaphong, Thai Social Enterprise Office, who spoke on key success factors and legislations needed to support social enterprises and Ms. TheeradaSuphaphong, Country Representative Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue, who examined the problems, challenges and solutions for social enterprises. Dr. NethithornPraditsarn, Executive Assistant to CEO/ Vice President Sustainability and Communications, Charoen Pokphand Group Co., Ltd.
