แถลงการณ์ บริษัท กรุงเทพดุสิตเวชการ จำกัด (มหาชน)

ตามที่มีข่าวเกี่ยวกับคดีระหว่าง บริษัท กรุงเทพดุสิตเวชการ จำกัด(มหาชน) (“บริษัท”) และอดีตสมาชิก
โครงการไลฟ์ พริวิเลจคลับ ที่ศาลแพ่งได้ตัดสินพิจารณาในวันนี้ (13 ธันวาคม 2560) ที่ให้บริษัทฯ ปฏิบัติ
ตามข้อตกลงโครงการไลฟ์ พริวิเลจคลับต่อไปนั้น

ทางบริษัทได้รับทราบผลคำพิพากษาของศาลแพ่งดังกล่าวแล้ว บริษัทเคารพต่อคำพิพากษาของศาล แต่
อย่างไรก็ตาม บริษัทเป็นบริษัทจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ และมีผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียจำนวนมาก บริษัท
จะพิจารณาเกี่ยวกับการใช้สิทธิตามกฏหมายในการอุทธรณ์คำพิพากษา เพื่อให้ศาลสูงได้พิจารณาและ
พิพากษาคดีเป็นที่ยุติและเป็นบรรทัดฐานในการดำเนินการต่อไป

With reference to the news relating to the dispute between Bangkok Dusit Medical Services
Public Company Limited (the “Company”) and the former members of Life Privilege Club project,
that the Civil Court has rendered its judgment today (13 December 2017) for the Company to
comply with the terms of the Memorandum of Agreement for Life Privilege Club project.

The Company would like to inform you that such judgment of the Civil Court is well aware by the
Company. Since the Company is a Stock Exchange of Thailand’s registered company with
numerous interested parties, the Company shall be considering its legal rights to appeal such
judgment for the superior courts to consider and render the decision on the case which shall be
deemed final and utilized as the criterion.
