กรุงเทพฯ – 4 กรกฎาคม 2560 - บริษัท เพซ ดีเวลลอปเมนท์ คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ PACE ประกาศความร่วมมือกับพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจรายใหม่จากประเทศจีน ซิติค คอนสตรัคชั่น อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ยักษ์ใหญ่ด้านการก่อสร้างของจีน ซึ่งมีความแข็งแกร่งทั้งด้านการเงินและการก่อสร้างโครงการขนาดใหญ่ เพื่อร่วมพัฒนาโครงการที่พักอาศัยแห่งใหม่บนที่ดินทำเลทองใจกลางกรุงเทพฯ โดยความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้ ซิติค คอนสตรัคชั่นจะเป็นฝ่ายรับผิดชอบด้านการเงินและการก่อสร้าง ในขณะที่เพซจะรับหน้าที่วางแผนด้านงานออกแบบ การขายและการตลาดทั้งหมด รวมถึงควบคุมคุณภาพการก่อสร้างเพื่อส่งมอบโครงการที่เหนือกว่ามาตรฐานตามแบบฉบับของเพซ โดยมี CITIC CLSA Securities รับหน้าที่เป็นที่ปรึกษาทางการเงินของทั้งสองฝ่ายในการร่วมมือครั้งนี้ ซึ่งรายละเอียดโครงการใหม่จะเปิดเผยให้ทราบในเร็วๆ นี้

นายสรพจน์ เตชะไกรศรี ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท เพซ ดีเวลลอปเมนท์ คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) เปิดเผยว่า ความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้นับเป็นสัญญาณที่ดี ที่กลุ่มทุนจากจีนเล็งเห็นถึงศักยภาพของตลาดอสังหาริมทรัพย์ไทยและแสดงถึงความเชื่อมั่นที่มีต่อศักยภาพการเติบโตทางธุรกิจของเพซ โดยซิติค คอนสตรัคชั่นถือเป็นหนึ่งในบริษัทก่อสร้างและวิศวกรรมอันดับต้นๆ ของโลก โดยมีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการก่อสร้างแลนด์มาร์คที่เป็นที่ยอมรับระดับนานาชาติ และยังมีสถาบันการเงินเป็นของตัวเอง คือ ซิติค แบงค์

สำหรับโครงการขนาดใหญ่ที่ก่อสร้างโดยซิติค คอนสตรัคชั่น  ได้แก่ สนามกีฬาแห่งชาติปักกิ่งของประเทศจีน (สนามกีฬารังนก) ศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาสารสนเทศของธนาคารซิติค ท่าเทียบเรือรอยัล อัลเบิร์ตในประเทศอังกฤษ โครงการทางด่วนตะวันออก-ตะวันตกประเทศอัลจีเรีย และโรงไฟฟ้าพลังงานความร้อนคานิโอต้าในประเทศบราซิล เป็นต้น

Major Chinese construction conglomerate CITIC to invest with PACE Plan for future projects on Bangkok’s most prime locations
