แสนสิริ ยังได้ตอกย้ำความสำเร็จทำสถิติคว้าจำนวนรางวัลสูงสุดภายในหนึ่งเวทีแข่งขันจากที่เคยมีมา โดยยังได้รับอีก 3 รางวัล จากการส่งผลงานการออกแบบโครงการของแสนสิริเข้าประกวดโดยพันธมิตรสถาปนิกผู้ออกแบบโครงการชั้นนำของเมืองไทย ได้แก่ รางวัล Five-Star Awards ด้าน Best Architecture Multiple Residence จากโครงการเดอะ เดค ป่าตอง ผลงานของสถาปนิก สมดุล จำกัด หรือ Sd A รางวัล Highly Commended จากโครงการออทัมน์ ด้าน Residential Landscape Architecture ผลงานของสนิทัศน์ สตูดิโอ (Sanitas Studio) และสาขา Interior จากโครงการบ้านปลายหาด ด้าน Interior Design Apartment ผลงานของ Steven J. Leach JR. & Associates Limited.
