Introducing Thailand Property Magazine: Thailand’s first Nation-Wide Property Listings Magazine
A new English-language magazine in Thailand is hitting the shelves this week, delivering readers an interesting, attractive and comprehensive overview of the country’s real estate market. Thailand Property Magazine will be a free publication combining relevant and entertaining lifestyle articles with editor-selected nationwide property listings.
Catered toward Thailand’s current and prospective expatriate community, as well as international investors, Thailand Property Magazine is 68 pages of information and stories about real estate experts, innovative companies, new developments in Thailand and more. Throughout the last quarter of the magazine, readers will find over 250 detailed listings of available properties for sale and rent. The listings are complete with the information needed to directly contact the appropriate agent, allowing home seekers to begin their Thailand property-search by simply picking up a copy of the latest issue.
Starting on 12 June, up to 10,000 copies of the free glossy magazine will be distributed via a network of handpicked and approved venues across all over Thailand including retail outlets, restaurants, bars, hotels and condominiums. An online version of the magazine is available as well.
Unlike most free publications, Thailand Property Magazine focuses on artfully crafting each page to provide readers with an aesthetically pleasing presentation. Both the editorial and visual concepts behind the magazine are streamlined and organized with a clear focus on the subject of real estate and delivered in a clean and elegant fashion. The brand of the magazine reflects that of its parent company, Thailand-Property.com.
Owned and operated by Thailand-Property.com, Thailand’s largest English language property portal, the magazine was created as a component to the website and is now launching exactly one year after the site was inaugurated.
