Take part in this year’s grand event – Thailand-Taiwan Smart City Industry Seminar & Trade Meeting Bangkok 2018



In order to promote cooperation between Thailand and Taiwan in the field of Smart City, Bureau of Foreign Trade (BOFT) Taiwan, R.O.C, Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) and The Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) organize “Thailand-Taiwan Smart City Industry Seminar &Trade Meeting 2018” on Thursday, November 29th, 2018, from 13:30-17:30 at the Grand Ballroom, Grand Center Point Hotel, Terminal 21, Bangkok, Thailand. Taiwan Excellence Award-winning companies will present their Smart city technology and innovative products to the Thai business community and media.

Mr. MeethamNaranong, Executive Vice President, Digital Economy Promotion Agency (DEPA) Ministry of Digital Economy and Society will be also present at the seminar to highlight the Smart City current situation and development trend in Thailand, so participants will get the opportunity to gain information on Thailand’s industrial development to cater to smart city planning under the Thailand 4.0 economic policy goal.

Five leading Taiwanese companies include Tatung, Advantech, VIA Technologies, MSI FUNTORO, and NEXCOM will present the latest trends and technology for developing the smart city and showcase their 28 products – from a commercial transportation system and a mass transit system to automobiles, agriculture, and industrial smart devices for buildings.

In the seminar session, Tatung will introduce “Electric motorcycle and smart greenhouse”, Advantech will present “WISE-PaaS 3.0 AIoT Edge-To-Cloud Platform for Smart Cities”, VIA Technologies will share “Interaction and Connection of Smart Transportation and Smart Building”, MSI FUNTORO will give an presentation on “Smart and Innovative Solutions for Next-Generation Commercial Vehicles”, and “Public Safety and Smart Transportation Case Study” will be shared by NEXCOM.

Thai entrepreneurs who take part in this event will have the chance to directly negotiate business deals with those five Taiwanese companies in trade meeting to know better about the Taiwan innovative products in terms of R&D, design and quality.
