ข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์ โรงพยาบาลพระรามเก้า (PR9)เคาะราคา IPO ที่ 11.60บาทต่อหุ้น หลังได้รับความสนใจอย่างท่วมท้นจากนักลงทุนสถาบันทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ

บริษัท โรงพยาบาลพระรามเก้า จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ PR9 ประกาศราคาเสนอขายหุ้นสามัญที่เสนอขายต่อประชาชนเป็นครั้งแรก (IPO) ในราคา 11.60บาทต่อหุ้น จำนวน 180 ล้านหุ้นเพิ่มทุน พร้อมทั้งจัดสรรหุ้นส่วนเกิน จำนวน 20 ล้านหุ้น โดยจะเปิดจองซื้อหุ้นให้แก่ลูกค้าบริษัทหลักทรัพย์ที่ร่วมจัดจำหน่ายได้ในวันที่ 16 - 19 ตุลาคมนี้

นายอนุวัฒน์ ร่วมสุข กรรมการผู้จัดการ หัวหน้าฝ่ายตลาดทุน บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ ภัทร จำกัด (มหาชน) ในฐานะที่ปรึกษาทางการเงินและผู้จัดการการจัดจำหน่ายและรับประกันการจำหน่ายเปิดเผยว่า จากการสำรวจความต้องการจองซื้อหุ้นของนักลงทุนสถาบัน (Book Building) พบว่านักลงทุนสถาบันชั้นนำทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศให้ความสนใจลงทุนในหุ้นPR9 อย่างท่วมท้น แสดงให้เห็นถึงความเชื่อมั่นของนักลงทุนที่มีต่อปัจจัยพื้นฐานที่แข็งแกร่งและศักยภาพในการเติบโตระยะยาวของบริษัท จึงได้กำหนดราคาจองซื้อที่ 11.60 บาทต่อหุ้นซึ่งเป็นราคาสูงสุดของช่วงราคา Book Buildingทั้งนี้จะมีการเปิดจองซื้อหุ้นสำหรับลูกค้าของบริษัทหลักทรัพย์ที่ร่วมจัดจำหน่ายหุ้น ในระหว่างวันที่ 16 – 19 ตุลาคม 2561”

นายแพทย์เสถียร ภู่ประเสริฐ กรรมการผู้อำนวยการ บริษัท โรงพยาบาล พระรามเก้า จำกัด (มหาชน) กล่าวว่า “โรงพยาบาลพระรามเก้ายินดีที่นักลงทุน ให้การตอบรับเป็นอย่างดีต่อการเสนอขายหุ้นสามัญของ PR9 ในครั้งนี้ โดยโรงพยาบาลฯ มีแผนการขยายการเติบโตทางธุรกิจในอนาคตอย่างรอบด้าน ทั้งการขยายฐานผู้ใช้บริการผ่านความร่วมมือทางการแพทย์กับโรงพยาบาลในประเทศไทย ผ่านการเพิ่มกลุ่มลูกค้าคู่สัญญาองค์กรทั้งบริษัทประกันและบริษัทต่างๆ ในบริเวณใกล้เคียง และผ่านแผนการเพิ่มสัดส่วนผู้ใช้บริการชาวต่างชาติเป็น 15% ภายในปี 2565 โดยทำควบคู่ไปกับการก่อสร้างอาคารใหม่และปรับปรุงอาคารปัจจุบันเพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการรองรับผู้ใช้บริการทั้งส่วนผู้ป่วยนอกและผู้ป่วยใน พร้อมนำเทคโนโลยีเข้ายกระดับการให้บริการ ไปจนถึงการปรับภาพลักษณ์องค์กรและการใช้การตลาดเชิงรุกเพื่อผลักดันการขยายฐานผู้ใช้บริการกลุ่มใหม่ๆ ที่สามารถเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการเติบโตและทำกำไรที่เพิ่มขึ้นในอนาคตอย่างต่อเนื่อง

บริษัทฯ จะนำเงินจากการระดมทุนครั้งนี้ไปใช้ในสนับสนุนการก่อสร้างอาคารใหม่และการปรับปรุงอาคารปัจจุบัน และการก่อสร้างสถานที่สำหรับพนักงานและบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ เพื่อรองรับการขยายตัวของดีมานด์และเพิ่มความสามารถในการรองรับผู้เข้าใช้บริการทั้งชาวไทยและชาวต่างชาติ เพื่อมุ่งสู่การเป็นProfessional Healthcare Community และสร้างการเติบโตที่มั่นคงและยั่งยืน”

ทั้งนี้โรงพยาบาลพระรามเก้ายังมีการทำพิธีลงนามแต่งตั้ง บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ ภัทร จำกัด (มหาชน) เป็นผู้จัดการการจัดจำหน่ายและรับประกันการจำหน่าย สำหรับการเสนอขายหุ้นสามัญเพิ่มทุนของบริษัทในครั้งนี้

Praram 9 Hospital’s IPO priceset at 11.60 baht per share following strong response from domestic and international institutional investors

Praram 9 Public Company Limited, or ‘PR9’, has announced the final priceat 11.60 baht per share for its Initial Public Offering(IPO) plan. The company will offer 180 million shares and may allocate 20 million shares for the greenshoe option.Subscription for “PR9” shares is scheduled for 16-19 October 2018 for clients of the underwriters.

Mr. AnuwatRuamsuke, Managing Director, Head of Capital Markets Department of Phatra Securities Public Company Limited, which is the financial advisor and lead underwriter, said, “According to the book building results, leading institutional investors in Thailand and overseas show avid interest in investing in PR9, indicating theirconfidence towardsthestrong fundamental factors and long-term growth potential of the company. Therefore, the price has been set at 11.60 baht per share, which is at the maximum of the book building price range. Subscription for clients of the underwriterswill open on 16-19 October 2018.”

Dr.SatianPooprasert, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Executive Committee member, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Praram 9 Hospital, elucidated,“We are thrilled with the high response from investors towards our PR9’s IPO plan.
