‘กลุ่ม ปตท.’ ร่วมกับ ‘ไรส์’ เปิดตัวโครงการ D-NEXT  ตั้งเป้ายกระดับสตาร์ทอัพอาเซียน

ในวันนี้ (18 มกราคม 2561) นายชาญศิลป์ ตรีนุชกร ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่เทคโนโลยีและวิศวกรรม บริษัท ปตท. จํากัด (มหาชน) และประธานกรรมการ บริษัท พีทีที ดิจิตอล โซลูชั่น จำกัด เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดโครงการ “D-NEXT by PTT Digital x RISE” โดยความร่วมมือของ บริษัท พีทีที ดิจิตอล โซลูชั่น จำกัด (PTT Digital) ร่วมกับ บริษัท ไรส์ แอคเซล จำกัด (RISE) สถาบันเร่งสปีดนวัตกรรมองค์กรและสตาร์ทอัพ เปิดรับสตาร์ทอัพชั้นนําจากทั่วภูมิภาคอาเซียนเข้าสู่บูทแคมป์ (Boot Camp) เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพ  การสร้างโปรแกรมสนับสนุนธุรกิจ ยกระดับสตาร์ทอัพสู่การเป็นธุรกิจดิจิทัลชั้นนําของภูมิภาคอาเซียนในอนาคต พร้อมเปิดโอกาสคนรุ่นใหม่ทำงานร่วมกับบริษัทในกลุ่ม ปตท.

นายชาญศิลป์ ตรีนุชกร ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่เทคโนโลยีและวิศวกรรม บริษัท ปตท. จํากัด (มหาชน) และประธานกรรมการบริษัท พีทีที ดิจิตอล โซลูชั่น จำกัด กล่าวว่า “กลุ่ม ปตท. มุ่งที่จะนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเข้ามาใช้ในการดำเนินธุรกิจเพื่อรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงและการเติบโตของบริษัทในโลกยุคใหม่ ซึ่งที่ผ่านมา กลุ่ม ปตท. ได้นําเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ อาทิ Big Data, Blockchain ฯลฯ มาใช้จนเกิดผลสำเร็จ  เป้าหมายของเราคือการนํา กลุ่ม ปตท.  ก้าวไปข้างหน้าในโลกที่ธุรกิจต่างแข่งขันกันด้วยนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยี  โดยมี บริษัท พีทีที ดิจิตอล โซลูชั่น จำกัด ในฐานะ Flagship การดำเนินงานด้านดิจิทัลของ กลุ่ม ปตท. เป็นศูนย์กลางขับเคลื่อนให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงโครงสร้างองค์กรและกระบวนการดำเนินธุรกิจไปสู่รูปแบบดิจิทัล (Digital Transformation) ภายใต้ทิศทางการดำเนินธุรกิจของ กลุ่ม ปตท. ที่มุ่งพัฒนาให้ภูมิภาคอาเซียนเติบโตไปด้วยกันอย่างมั่นคงและยั่งยืน

สำหรับ “D-NEXT by PTT Digital x RISE” นี้  PTT Digital ได้ร่วมกับ RISE จัดตั้งโครงการขึ้น เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้กับสตาร์ทอัพที่มีศักยภาพ ได้เข้าร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการสร้างนวัตกรรมเพื่อเสริมศักยภาพการดำเนินธุรกิจของบริษัทในกลุ่ม ปตท. และขยายการลงทุนในธุรกิจใหม่ของ PTT Digital  โดยมุ่งหวังให้โครงการ D-NEXT เป็นประตูเปิดกว้างให้กลุ่มคนรุ่นใหม่ที่มีมุมมองและแนวคิดที่แตกต่างออกไป  ได้มีโอกาสสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม สร้างตลาดใหม่และขยายธุรกิจร่วมกันกับเรา  โดยโครงการจะส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการพัฒนาศักยภาพของสตาร์ทอัพในภูมิภาคอาเซียนให้แข่งแกร่งเทียบเท่าระดับสากล ลบข้อจํากัดด้านพรมแดน สอดคล้องกับนโยบายไทยแลนด์ 4.0 ของภาครัฐอีกด้วย

นางอรวดี  โพธิสาโร กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท พีทีที ดิจิตอล โซลูชั่น จำกัด เผยถึงรายละเอียดโครงการว่า “PTT Digital  ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการพัฒนานวัตกรรมใหม่ ๆ ที่เข้ามาช่วยสนับสนุนให้ธุรกิจพัฒนาแบบก้าวกระโดด จะช่วยผลักดันให้ กลุ่ม ปตท. บรรลุเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจได้เร็วขึ้น  และเล็งเห็นถึงความสามารถของสตาร์ทอัพภูมิภาคอาเซียน  จึงเป็นที่มาของการริเริ่มโครงการ D-NEXT  โดยจะเปิดรับสมัครสตาร์ทอัพที่สนใจเข้าร่วมโครงการทั้งทางออนไลน์  ทางเครือข่าย RISE และรับสมัครตามกิจกรรม Roadshow ใน 5 ประเทศอาเซียน ประกอบด้วย ไทย สิงคโปร์ มาเลเซีย เวียดนาม และ อินโดนีเซีย เพื่อเฟ้นหาสตาร์ทอัพจํานวน 15 ทีม  เข้าร่วมบ่มเพาะศักยภาพจากเมนเทอร์ที่มากประสบการณ์และผู้เชี่ยวชาญในสาขาต่างๆ  ตลอดระยะเวลา 3 เดือน เพื่อให้ได้สตาร์ทอัพที่มีศักยภาพระดับโลก มาร่วมกันพัฒนานวัตกรรมสำหรับองค์กรขนาดใหญ่ที่เติบโตแบบก้าวกระโดด (Growth Hacking) ขยายโอกาสทางธุรกิจร่วมกันกับเรา”

ด้าน นายแพทย์ ศุภชัย ปาจริยานนท์ ผู้ก่อตั้ง RISE สถาบันเร่งสปีดนวัตกรรมองค์กรและสตาร์ทอัพ เปิดเผยว่า “อาเซียนเป็นตลาดแรงงานที่ใหญ่เป็นอันดับสามของโลกด้วยจำนวนประชากรกว่า 620 ล้านคน รองจากจีนและอินเดีย เศรษฐกิจในภูมิภาคอาเซียนมีการเจริญเติบโตเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 5 ตั้งแต่ปี ค.ศ. 2000 และมีผู้ใช้งานดิจิทัลเพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 50 ซึ่งเป็นจำนวนกว่า 200 ล้านคน ทำให้เศรษฐกิจดิจิทัลเติบโตไปถึง 5 หมื่นล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐอเมริกา โครงการนี้จึงเป็นโอกาสที่ดีที่สตาร์ทอัพในภูมิภาคจะร่วมมือกัน โดยมีประเทศไทยเป็นจุดศูนย์กลาง พร้อมผลักดันขยายเครือข่ายในการทําธุรกิจของตนสู่วงกว้าง โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง โครงการนี้ดำเนินการโดยบริษัทในกลุ่ม ปตท. ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทชั้นนำของประเทศไทย ประกอบกับประสบการณ์ของ RISE สถาบันเร่งสปีดนวัตกรรมองค์กรและสตาร์ทอัพ ที่สร้างนวัตกรรมให้แก่องค์กร ภาครัฐ และเอกชนมาแล้วกว่า 1,000 ราย ภายใต้แนวคิด “Accelerate Your Potential” ด้วยการเติมเต็มทุกองค์ความรู้รอบด้าน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญและเครือข่ายระดับโลกทั้งในทวีปอเมริกา ยุโรป และเอเชีย จึงช่วยเพิ่มโอกาสทางธุรกิจ ตลอดจนเงินทุน เพื่อการเติบโตอย่างก้าวกระโดดขององค์กรและสตาร์ทอัพได้อย่างยั่งยืน”

PTT Group - RISE launched ‘D-NEXT’ program to accelerate ASEAN startups

Today (18 January 2018), Mr. Chansin Treenuchagron, Chief Technology and Engineering Officer, PTT Public Company Limited and Chairman of the Board, PTT Digital Solutions Co., Ltd., presided over the opening ceremony of the Accelerator Program named ‘D-NEXT’ by PTT Digital x RISE’ which is a collaboration between PTT Digital Solutions Co., Ltd., a digital solutions partner and RISE Accel. Co., Ltd., a regional corporate innovation accelerator. The program is now welcoming all leading startups from ASEAN countries to a boot camp in order to increase their capabilities to become digital leaders in ASEAN in the near future.

In addition, the program also gives opportunity for them to work with the companies under PTT Group.

The program also emphasizes on promoting and supporting the ASEAN startups to reach the international level and enable borderless business which is in accordance with the government’s policy: Thailand 4.0.”

Mrs. Arawadee Photisaro, Managing Director of PTT Digital Solutions Co., Ltd., explained that “PTT Digital is aware that technological innovations, especially those that facilitate growth hacking for businesses, can push the organization towards its business goals faster. We believe in the capability of the startups in ASEAN; that is why we initiated the D-Next program. The interested startups can apply through website of the RISE’s network and Roadshow in 5 countries: Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia. The program aims to seek 15 startups from the ASEAN community and provide them with trainings from experienced mentors throughout the 3-month run of the program. We seek to produce startups with world class potentials of creating innovations that will allow growth hacking for large businesses, expanding their business opportunities with us.”

Dr. Supachai Parchariyanon, founder of RISE, a regional corporate innovation accelerator, revealed that “Following China and India, ASEAN is the third largest labor market in the world with over 620 million people. The economies in ASEAN have grown an average of 5 percent since the year 2000. The number of digital users also grew by 50 percent, that is over 200 million people. This has allowed the digital economy to increase 50,000 million US dollars in value. With Thailand as the central hub, this program is a great opportunity for the startups in the region to join hands and expand their business network to a wider circle. The program is being run by companies under the PTT Group, a leading company in Thailand.  Also, RISE is an innovation and startups accelerating institution which has created corporate innovations for over 1,000 organizations in both the public and the private sectors through the notion of “Accelerate Your Potential”. We fulfilled those corporate with knowledge, experts, and international connections in America, Europe, and Asia. When combined our two organizations, we can increase the business opportunities and capitals that will allow sustainable growth hacking for organizations and startups.”                 

During the 3-month program, selected startup teams will receive many privileges such as supports for business operations through unique accelerating programs. Meet experienced mentors from PTT Group and RISE. Get to pitch projects and do business with companies under PTT Group, as well as investors from all around the region. The program is equity-free and will not have copyrights of any of the startups’ works. Additionally, the entire program is free of charge throughout the 3-month period.
