ธนาคาร ซีไอเอ็มบี ไทย เปิดตัวพันธมิตรใหม่ จับมือ SPAR เดินหน้าเปิดสาขาย่อยในซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตในปั๊มน้ำมัน ก้าวเข้าหาไลฟ์สไตล์ลูกค้า หวังเพิ่มความสะดวกสบายยิ่งขึ้น



นายอดิศร เสริมชัยวงศ์ รองกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ ธุรกิจรายย่อย ธนาคาร ซีไอเอ็มบี ไทย เปิดเผยว่า ธนาคาร จับมือกับ SPAR ผู้ให้บริการซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตในสถานีบริการน้ำมันบางจาก เปิดทำการสาขาใหม่ สาขาย่อยราชพฤกษ์ โดยสาขาในซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต SPAR แห่งนี้ เปิดทำการทุกวัน เวลา 10:00 น. – 19:00 น. ให้บริการเปิดบัญชี ฝากเงิน สมัครสินเชื่อ และโอนเงินระหว่างประเทศ เพื่อเพิ่มความสะดวกสบายให้แก่ลูกค้า ที่เดินทางมาใช้บริการปั๊มน้ำมัน และจับจ่ายซื้อของในร้านซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต

“เรามองว่าการเข้ามาเปิดสาขาในซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตเป็นโมเดลที่น่าสนใจ เป็นความต่างที่ชัดเจนในการเข้าถึงลูกค้าและชุมชน โดยเฉพาะซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตในปั๊มน้ำมันแห่งนี้ มีจุดเด่นตรงที่ไม่ใช่เป็นเพียงทางผ่าน แต่เป็นศูนย์กลางที่ยึดโยงลูกค้าและคนในชุมชนเข้าไว้ด้วยกัน คนแวะเวียนเข้ามาใช้บริการเป็นประจำ ทั้งเติมน้ำมัน และจับจ่ายซื้อของในซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตที่มีสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภคครบครัน ตลอดจนมี Co-working Space สำหรับคนมาทำงานและพบปะกัน การเพิ่มบริการธุรกรรมการเงินซึ่งเป็นเรื่องใกล้ตัวของทุกคนจะช่วยเติมเต็มความสะดวกสบายให้คนในชุมชนยิ่งขึ้น สถานที่แห่งนี้จะกลายเป็น Community ที่ตอบโจทย์ชุมชนเพิ่มขึ้น ขอบคุณ SPAR และปั๊มน้ำมันบางจากที่ให้โอกาสธนาคาร ซีไอเอ็มบี ไทย”  นายอดิศร กล่าว

ปัจจุบัน ธนาคาร ซีไอเอ็มบี ไทย เปิดให้บริการสาขาย่อยรูปแบบใหม่ ที่สาขาย่อยราชพฤกษ์ ในร้านซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต SPAR ในปั๊มน้ำมันบางจาก สาขาราชพฤกษ์ 2 นนทบุรี เป็นแห่งที่ 3 ซึ่งนับเป็นสาขาทดลองที่กำลังวัดผลตอบรับและศึกษาพฤติกรรมของลูกค้าและชุมชนเพื่อพัฒนาการให้บริการลูกค้าด้วยความเข้าใจ และตอบโจทย์หลักคือ การทำให้ลูกค้าได้รับความสะดวกสบาย ง่าย รวดเร็ว

นายอดิศร เปิดเผยว่า สาขาย่อยรูปแบบใหม่เป็นการปรับตัวในช่วงรอยต่อระหว่าง Traditional Banking กับ Digital Banking เพื่อส่งมอบบริการในจุดที่ดิจิตอลยังเข้าไม่ถึง ขณะเดียวกัน การปรับลดขนาดและรูปแบบลงมานับเป็นการผสมผสานระหว่างดิจิตอลแบงก์กิ้งและธนาคารพาณิชย์เต็มรูปแบบ

CIMB Thai introduces new business ally joining hands with SPAR to open mini branch in gas station supermarket to facilitate customers and suit their lifestyles
   


Mr. Adisorn Sermchaiwong, senior executive vice president, Consumer Banking, CIMB Thai Bank announced that CIMB Thai joined hands with SPAR, a supermarket operator in Bangchak Gas Station opening a new Ratchapruek Mini Branch which will be opened daily from 10.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. to serve on account opening, deposit acceptance, loan application and international remittance. It aims to facilitate customers who visit the petrol station to take service and buy things at the supermarket.

“Opening a mini branch in a supermarket is an interesting model. It makes a clear difference in approaching customers and communities. This supermarket is not just a place where people pass through but a center that gathers people in the community. This petro station is regularly visited by people to fill their gas tanks and buy things in the supermarket that offers a full range of consuming products. It also provides a co-working space for people to work and meet. This extra financial service will facilitate community people and respond to their basic needs and make this place become a community that fulfills local needs even more. We would like to thank SPAR and Bangchak Gas Station for this collaboration,” said Mr. Adisorn.

Ratchapruek Mini Branch at SPAR Supermarket in Bangchak Gas Station (Ratchapruek 2 Branch, Nontaburi) is a third pilot mini branch of CIMB Thai that is currently being assessed in terms of feedbacks and consumer behaviors to ensure that it serves customers with true understanding of their needs and achieves a key objective of customers receiving services conveniently and quickly.

Mr. Adisorn said further that the mini branches are our adaptation during the transition period between traditional banking and digital banking. They will deliver services which cannot be rendered by digital banking. Meanwhile, resizing and change of format are a way to integrate digital banking and universal banking.
