โดยการเปิดตัวโครงการในครั้งนี้ มาพร้อมการประกาศความร่วมมือครั้งสำคัญระหว่างเอ็นริชและดุสิต อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล ผู้นำด้านการบริหารโรงแรมที่ได้รับการยอมรับในระดับสากล ในการเป็นผู้ดำเนินการด้านการบริหารจัดการโรงแรมในครั้งนี้ ภายใต้แบรนด์ “ดุสิตดีทู” รวมถึงการแต่งตั้ง พลัส พร็อพเพอร์ตี้ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการบริหารงานขายโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ชั้นนำ เป็นตัวแทนขายและบริหารจัดการในส่วนของโครงการคอนโดมิเนียม

Enrich Group inks management agreements for condominium-hotel project worth more than THB 1.5 billion in the heart of Hua Hin

Bangkok, 6 November 2017: Enrich Group, a Bangkok-based real estate development company, is expanding its operations and investing in hospitality with a condominium and hotel project worth more than THB 1.5 billion in a prime location on Hua Hin’s main Petchkasem Road near Bluport Hua Hin Resort Mall in just 400 meters.

Following a management agreement with Dusit International, one of Thailand’s foremost hospitality companies, the development will open under Dusit’s contemporary dusitD2 brand and the hotel will be managed exclusively by Dusit International.
