อิมแพ็ค คอมเอ็กซ์โพเซียม และแอ็คซีม่า ผนึกกำลังกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ เสริมทัพด้วยมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ร่วมแถลงข่าวประกาศความพร้อมจัดงาน SIMA ASEAN Thailand 2017 งานแสดงสินค้าและการประชุมนานาชาติเพื่อธุรกิจการเกษตรที่ครบวงจรที่สุดในภูมิภาคอาเซียน จัดต่อเนื่องเป็นครั้งที่ 3 ตอกย้ำการยกระดับมาตรฐานการเกษตรสู่ความยั่งยืนโดยใช้นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเครื่องจักรการเกษตรที่เหมาะสมกับความต้องการในภูมิภาค ควบคู่กับการพัฒนาคุณภาพผลผลิตท้องถิ่นให้ได้มาตรฐานระดับสากล และจัดพื้นที่แสดงการสาธิตเครื่องจักรกลทางการเกษตรแห่งแรกในภูมิภาคอาเซียน ระหว่างวันที่ 7 - 9 กันยายน 2560 ณ อาคาร 5 - 6 ศูนย์แสดงสินค้าและการประชุม อิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี และริมทะเลสาบ เมืองทองธานี

ดร.วราภรณ์ พรหมพจน์ รองอธิบดีกรมวิชาการเกษตร กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ เปิดเผยว่า “ในปีนี้กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์เร่งขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์ 20 ปีตามแนวคิดประเทศไทย 4.0 กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์จึงรู้สึกยินดีในการเป็นเจ้าภาพร่วมจัดงาน SIMA ASEAN Thailand 2017  โดยกระทรวงฯ ได้เตรียมความพร้อมในการจัดแสดงผลงานงานวิจัย ที่โดดเด่นและใหม่ด้านเทคโนโลยีการเกษตรที่รวบรวมผลงานมาจากกรมวิชาการเกษตร เช่น เครื่องใส่ปุ๋ยตามค่าวิเคราะห์ดินแบบอัตโนมัติ  งานวิจัยพันธุ์ถั่วเหลืองโปรตีนสูง งานวิจัยมันฝรั่งพันธุ์ใหม่  งานวิจัยด้านสารชีวภัณฑ์ การผลิตปุ๋ยหมักเติมอากาศและนวัตกรรมการจัดการหลังการเก็บเกี่ยว เป็นต้น รวมถึงจัดสัมมนาในหัวข้อ“นวัตกรรมเกษตรไทยมุ่งสู่ Thailand 4.0”  โดยมุ่งเน้นในการพัฒนาศักยภาพของภาคเกษตรไทย เพื่อสร้างโอกาสในการเพิ่มคุณภาพผลผลิตและขยายเครือข่ายทางธุรกิจสู่ระดับสากล  ซึ่งงาน SIMA ASEAN จะเป็นเวทีในการแลกเปลี่ยนและถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีต่างๆเพื่อนำไปสู่การพัฒนาที่ให้เกิดความรวดเร็วในเกษตร 4.0”

มร.ซาจิด อูเซนี ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายงานแสดงสินค้าภาคธุรกิจ บริษัท อิมแพ็ค เอ็กซิบิชั่น แมเนจเม้นท์ จำกัด กล่าวว่า “การจัดงาน SIMA ASEAN Thailand  2017 ได้มุ่งเน้นการแสดงสินค้าเครื่องจักรกล เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมทางการเกษตรที่เหมาะสมกับสภาพพื้นที่การทำการเพาะปลูกในประเทศไทยและภูมิภาคอาเซียน  ไฮไลท์ในปีนี้ได้แก่ แปลงสาธิตเครื่องจักรกลการเกษตร ที่แรกที่เดียวในเมืองไทยที่นำเครื่องจักรแบรนด์ชั้นนำมาสาธิตในการทำงานที่จริง โดรนพาวิลเลียนและเวิร์กชอป ที่รวบรวมเทคโนโลยีทางอากาศเพื่อการเกษตรจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญชั้นนำในอุตสาหกรรม  นอกจากนี้ ยังมีพาวิลเลียมนานาชาติจากหลายหลายประเทศ อาทิ  จีน เกาหลีใต้ ไต้หวัน ญี่ปุ่น และตุรกี เป็นต้น  เพื่อช่วยเพิ่มพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจและพัฒนาศักยภาพทางการค้าและอุตสาหกรรมเกษตรของภูมิภาคอาเซียนไปสู่ตลาดโลกอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น”

ผศ.ดร.รัชด ชมภูนิช รักษาการแทนรองอธิการบดีฝ่ายพัฒนาเชิงยุทธศาสตร์และสื่อสารองค์กร มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์กล่าวถึงการร่วมงานในปีแรกกับงาน SIMA ASEAN 2017 ว่า “มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ได้รับความไว้วางใจจากรัฐบาลให้เป็นแกนนำในการพัฒนาคลัสเตอร์ด้านเกษตรอาหารและเทคโนโลยีชีวภาพ ซึ่งเครื่องจักรกลการเกษตรหรือนวัตกรรมการเกษตรก็ถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งที่จะช่วยให้การผลิตของเกษตรกรมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น ดังนั้น งาน SIMA ASEAN จะเป็นช่องทางในการกระจายองค์ความรู้และนวัตกรรมเชื่อมโยงกับเครือข่ายเกษตรกรทั่วประเทศ  สำหรับการจัดงานปีนี้มหาวิทยาลัยฯ  เข้ามามีบทบาทในการจัดแสดงนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีใหม่ล่าสุดทางการเกษตรเพื่อการส่งเสริมความรู้พัฒนาภาคเกษตรไทยที่มีศักยภาพในการผลิตและจัดการสินค้าเกษตรสู่มาตรฐานสากล โดยเฉพาะงาน  “มินิเกษตรแฟร์” จะจัดขึ้นเป็น โซนพิเศษ ณ บริเวณริมทะเลสาบ เมืองทองธานี เพื่อจัดแสดงและขายสินค้าแปรรูปผลิตผลทางการเกษตรเมล็ดพันธุ์ไม้ดอกไม้ประดับรวมถึงการจัดการสัมมนาทางวิชาการโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญในวงการ”

นางจารุวรรณ สุวรรณศาสน์ ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายอุตสาหกรรมการแสดงสินค้านานาชาติ สำนักงานส่งเสริมการจัดประชุมและนิทรรศการ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือทีเส็บ กล่าวว่า “ทีเส็บมีความยินดีที่จะเป็นหนึ่งในผู้สนับสนุนหลักของงาน SIMA ASEAN Thailand 2017 เนื่องจากทีเส็บมีพันธกิจในการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรม MICE ซึ่งในปีนี้งาน  SIMA ASEAN Thailand ได้รับการคัดเลือกอย่างต่อเนื่องเป็นปีที่ 2 ภายใต้โครงการ ASEAN Rising Trade Show (ART) ในด้านงานแสดงสินค้าประเภทอุตสาหกรรมอาหารและการเกษตร เราคาดการณ์ว่าจะสามารถดึงดูดนักเดินทางกลุ่มไมซ์ ทั้งผู้เข้าร่วมงานและผู้แสดงงานจากในประเทศและต่างประเทศ กว่า 20,000 คน โดยมีการสร้างรายได้ให้ประเทศประมาณ 160 ล้านบาท สามารถขับเคลื่อนและกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจของประเทศไทย ทำให้ประเทศไทยเป็นศูนย์กลางของอุตสาหกรรมเกษตรในภูมิภาคอาเซียนอย่างแท้จริง”

Press release IMPACT Joins Forces with Public and Private Sectors To Host SIMA ASEAN Thailand 2017, to Enhance Agro-industry



Bangkok, Thailand, 2 August 2017 - IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. 20-year strategy of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives in line with the Thailand 4.0 era.
Dr. Waraporn Prompoj, Deputy Director-General of Department of Agriculture, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives said “This year, the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives drives the 20-year strategy to be in line with the Thailand 4.0 era. The ministry is pleased to be the co-organiser of SIMA ASEAN Thailand 2017. Outstanding researches and agro-innovations have been collected from the Department of Agriculture to be exhibited at the fair. The innovations and researches include an automatic fertilizer dispenser; research on high protein soybean varieties; research to study a new variety of potato; research on microbial pesticides; a study on organic fertilizer obtained from aerated compost; and innovations in harvesting. A seminar -Thai Agricultural Innovations Driving Thailand to 4.0 Era, will also be held to improve the capability of the Thai farmers to increase the yield as well as expand their business network in the international arena. SIMA ASEAN Thailand is definitely the platform to exchange ideas and technology to develop domestic agriculture and better enable us to reach the Agriculture 4.0 era.”

Facilitating countries' access to global markets
Mr. Sajid Huseni, Assistant Director, Trade Exhibition Department, IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd declared that “SIMA ASEAN Thailand 2017 focuses on machines, technologies and innovations that are best suited for the agricultural practices and environment in Thailand and the ASEAN region. This year's highlights include a demonstration plot – the only place where the best agricultural machinery is being displayed and used in live demonstrations, as well as a drone pavilion and workshop, where experts will exhibit agricultural drones and give insights. More than 400 brands from over 20 countries in the world will take part in this event. Kasetsart University’s first ever participation in SIMA ASEAN 2017
Asst. Prof. Ratchot Chompunich, Acting Vice President for Strategic Development and Organizational Communication, Kasetsart University, spoke about the university's first ever participation in SIMA ASEAN 2017. “Kasetsart University has been awarded the government's trust to lead the development of the agro-food cluster and bio-technologies. Agro-machinery is no doubt part of this development and will further boost agricultural production. Therefore, SIMA ASEAN will serve as a channel to spread knowledge and innovations to connect with agricultural networks countrywide”
“At this year's event, the university will exhibit the latest agricultural technologies in order to support and develop the Thai agricultural sector's production to be on par with global standards. The Mini Kaset Fair will be a special zone at IMPACT Lakeside Muang Thong Thani where processed agricultural products, as well as seeds and flowers, will be exhibited and sold. Academic seminars conducted by experts will also be held”, he added.

Strengthening Thailand's leading regional position as a center for the agricultural industry
Mrs. Jaruwan Suwannasart, Director of Exhibitions and Events, Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) said that “TCEB delighted to be one of the main supporters of SIMA ASEAN Thailand 2017 our mission is to promote and develop the MICE industry. This year, TCEB had selected SIMA ASEAN Thailand 2017 as one of the ASEAN Rising Trade Show (ART) campaign under food and agriculture sector for the 2nd consecutive years. We expected that the show would attract over 20,000 MICE travelers including visitors and exhibitors from domestic & international and generate around 160 million baht to Thai economy from direct spending of international trade participants which motivate Thailand’s economy to greater development and set to be an agriculture hub in ASEAN”.
