นายสรพจน์ เตชะไกรศรี ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท เพซ ดีเวลลอปเมนท์ คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ PACE  เปิดเผยว่า นับเป็นเกียรติที่เพซได้มีโอกาสต้อนรับ "มาร์ค โมเบียส"  ประธาน Templeton Emerging Markets Group ซึ่งได้เข้าลงทุนในหุ้น PACE ก่อนหน้านี้ โดยเราได้มีโอกาสนำชมโครงการมหานคร ซึ่งปัจจุบันได้เปิดให้บริการส่วนที่พักอาศัยแล้ว รวมถึงแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองในการพัฒนาโครงการที่พักอาศัยตลอดจนวิสัยทัศน์ที่มีต่อธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์ของไทย

เดอะ ริทซ์-คาร์ลตัน เรสซิเดนเซส ในโครงการมหานคร ปัจจุบัน ได้เปิดให้บริการและมีลูกบ้านย้ายเข้าอยู่แล้ว โดยประกอบด้วยที่พักอาศัยพร้อมเข้าอยู่ 209 เรสซิเดนซ์ ขนาดตั้งแต่ 125-844 ตารางเมตร  มียอดขายแล้ว 75% นับเป็นที่พักอาศัยที่มีศักยภาพในการรองรับผู้อยู่อาศัยระดับไฮเอนด์ทั้งไทยและต่างชาติ ด้วยรูปแบบบริการระดับตำนานของเดอะ ริทซ์-คาร์ลตันและการออกแบบระดับโลก

จากมูลค่าโครงการมหานครรวมกว่า 3 หมื่นล้านบาท เดอะ ริทซ์-คาร์ลตัน เรสซิเดนเซส ซึ่งเป็นส่วนที่พักอาศัยมีมูลค่าประมาณ 1.6 หมื่นล้านบาท โดยสามารถโอนและรับรู้รายได้แล้วราว 4 พันล้านบาท และจะทยอยโอนอีก 6 พันล้านบาทภายในสิ้นปีนี้ นอกจากนี้ มาร์ค โมเบียสยังได้เยี่ยมชมส่วนอื่นๆ ของโครงการมหานคร  ซึ่งเป็นสินทรัพย์ที่สามารถสร้างการรับรู้รายได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ได้แก่ ส่วนรีเทล มหานคร คิวบ์ โรงแรมบางกอก เอดิชั่น รวมถึง จุดชมวิวออบเซอร์เวชั่นเด็คและรูฟท็อปบาร์ที่สูงที่สุดในประเทศไทย ซึ่งพร้อมเปิดให้บริการในปีหน้า

“ดร. มาร์ค โมเบียส ถือเป็นหนึ่งในผู้ถือหุ้นระยะยาวของบริษัท และการเยี่ยมชมโครงการมหานครในครั้งนี้ถือเป็นโอกาสที่ดีในการแสดงศักยภาพและความแข็งแกร่งของบริษัท ซึ่งพิสูจน์ให้เห็นจากความสำเร็จของมหานครในวันนี้” นายสรพจน์กล่าวทิ้งท้าย

ทั้งนี้ ปัจจุบัน เพซมีสินทรัพย์รวมทั้งสิ้น 3.7 หมื่นล้านบาท ณ สิ้นไตรมาส 1/2560 บริษัทมี แบ็คล็อครวมทุกโครงการอยู่ที่ประมาณ 1.54 หมื่นล้านบาท จะรับรู้รายได้ในช่วงที่เหลือปีนี้ราว 8.4 พันล้านบาท โดยจะมีการขายเพิ่มเติมอีกราว 2 พันล้านบาทในปีนี้

Mark Mobius expresses confidence in PACE and MahaNakhon with continuing investment

Bangkok 31 July 2017 – Paying his first visit to Thailand’s landmark tallest tower, MahaNakhon, Templeton’s Mark Mobius has expressed confidence in PACE’s vision and growth potential.

   


Sorapoj Techakraisri, CEO of PACE PLC recently welcomed Mark Mobius, Chairman of Templeton Emerging Markets Group, to MahaNakhon, Thailand’s landmark property recently completed by PACE, Thailand’s leading developer.
