การแข่งขันครั้งนี้ Arron ได้รังสรรค์เมนูค็อกเทลสูตรพิเศษในชื่อ ‘Summit of the Don’พร้อมกับนำเหล้ารัมสูตรใหม่อย่าง‘Mantuano’ มาปรุงเป็นค็อกเทลสูตรใหม่ที่ไม่เหมือนใครสร้างความตื่นตาตื่นใจให้คณะกรรมการเป็นอย่างมาก ทำให้ค็อกเทลของเขาชนะใจกรรมการและคว้ารางวัลชนะเลิศจากการแข่งขันระดับ Qualifying Round ในที่สุดโดยหลังจบการแข่งขันครั้งนี้ Arron จะเดินทางไปเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันรอบ Continental Semifinals ที่ประเทศเวเนซูเอลา บ้านเกิดของDiplomáticoRum ในระหว่างวันที่ 16-23 เมษายนนี้ส่วนการแข่งขันรอบ World Final จะจัดขึ้นที่กรุงลอนดอน ประเทศอังกฤษ ในเดือนมิถุนายนปีนี้ เพื่อเฟ้นหาบาร์เทนเดอร์อันดับหนึ่งของโลก

TRISARA’s talented bartender wins top prize at Diplomatico World Tournament









Trisara Resort Phuket’s The Bar’sbartender Arron Grendon was the winner of the top prize at the Diplomatico World Tournament Thailand Edition organized by Diplomatico Rum, which also debut the brand’s newest rum drink recipes, ‘Mantuano’and ‘Planas’in Thailand, against a backdrop of rhythmic beats of Latin music and smooth smoke of cigar, courtesy of Davidoff, at The House on Sathorn recently.

Exploiting unique characters of Mantuano, the vivacious Grendon created a special cocktail,‘Summit of the Don’ with intoxicating effect on the judges to emerge the winner of the qualifying round and a place at the Continental Semifinals in Venezuela – the birthplace of Diplomatico Rum, between 16-23 April, 2017. The World Final to decide the World’s number one bartender, will take place in London in this year.

The Diplomatico World Tournament is one of series of world’s top bartender contests to find a bartender who is blessed with talent, creativity and experience, is a natural entertainer while also demonstrates skills behind the stick with aplomb. The winner will receive ‘Diplomatico World Bartender’ and US$1,000 in prize money.
