16 กุมภาพันธ์ 2560 - กรุงเทพฯ ประเทศไทย – ที.ซี.ซี. เทคโนโลยี จำกัด (ทีซีซีเทค) ประกาศแผนการขยายตัว อย่างต่อเนื่องในธุรกิจ ณ ศูนย์ดาต้าเซ็นเตอร์ ผสานบริการคลาวด์ (Cloud-Enabled Data Center) ที่บางนา แผนครั้งนี้นับเป็นความร่วมมือกัน ระหว่าง ทีซีซีเทค (TCCtech) กับ วันเนท (1-Net) ซึ่งเป็นพาร์ทเนอร์ ที่ได้รับการเลือกสรรจากประสบการณ์ ความเชี่ยวชาญอย่างลึกซึ้งในด้าน ดาต้าเซ็นเตอร์กว่า 20 ปี ให้เป็นที่ปรึกษาในการออกแบบระบบ ตลอดจนบริหารจัดการโครงการเพื่อเสริมความแข็งแกร่งให้กับ โครงสร้างทั้งในด้านระบบวิศวกรรมและไฟฟ้าภายในดาต้าเซ็นเตอร์

การขยายตัวครั้งนี้เป็นผลจากแนวโน้มตลาดบริการดาต้าเซ็นเตอร์และตลาดบริการคลาวด์ที่เติบโตอย่าง รวดเร็วในประเทศไทย จากผลการศึกษา1 ของบริษัทวิจัย ไอดีซี  ประเทศไทย  ณ ธันวาคม 2559 ด้วยประมาณการเติบโตเฉลี่ย 25% ในช่วงปี 2558 ถึงปี 2563 ทั้งนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของผลพวงจากการที่รัฐบาลไทยนำประเทศสู่แผนเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล ซึ่งรวมถึงยุทธศาสตร์ในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ และสังคมดิจิทัล ด้วยการเน้นความสำคัญด้านการพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางด้านเทคโนโลยี

TCCtech Announced its Cloud-Enabled Data Center Expansion Plan
TCCtech strengthens its market leader position in Thailand’s Data Center Hub

BANGKOK, THAILAND, 16th February 2017 – T.C.C. Technology Co., Ltd. (TCCtech) announced the upcoming completion of their cloud-enabled data center facility expansion in Bangna. In this collaboration with TCCtech, 1-Net provides design consultancy and project management to upgrade the mechanical and electrical infrastructure at TCCtech’s data center facility at Bangna. 1-Net is selected as TCCtech’s preferred partner for this expansion project  due to their deep knowledge  and skills in data center operation for more than two decades.

This expansion is driven by strong growth trends in both data center and cloud market in Thailand. Based on IDC’s Research Report , Thailand has an estimated a CAGR of 25% for the period 2015 to 2020.  Thai government helps to boost the data center services market through favorable initiatives such as introduction of a Digital Economy Plan, which includes strategies to develop digital economy with a strong focus on the development of data centers and cloud computing within Thailand.
