WMO Symposium ขึ้นเป็นครั้งแรกในประเทศไทย ภายใต้แนวคิด
“Mediation - The Language of Peaceful Communication and Conflict Resolution” in Thailand
กรุงเทพฯ, ประเทศไทย: ที เอช ซี สถาบันอนุญาโตตุลาการ ร่วมกับ World Mediation Organization (WMO) และมหาวิทยาลัย George Mason เกาหลี (GMUK) จัดงานสัมมนา THAC Presents World Mediation Organization Thailand Symposium 2016 ขึ้นเป็นครั้งแรกในประเทศไทย 23-26 ส.ค. 2559 ภายใต้แนวคิด The Language of Peaceful Conflict Resolution ณ โรงแรม ดุสิตธานี กรุงเทพฯ งานสัมมนาจัดขึ้นทั้งหมดเป็นเวลา 4 วัน มีผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมฟังบรรยายกว่า 100 คน ภายในงานมีวิทยากรเดินทางมาจากหลายภูมิภาคทั่วโลก เช่น สหรัฐอเมริกา ฮ่องกง, เกาหลี นิวซีแลนด์ และ สหราชอาณาจักร ร่วมแชร์ประสบการณ์ทางด้านการประนอมไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาทเชิงพาณิชย์และสังคม การไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาทและแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆอย่างสันติ เพื่อการประยุกต์ใช้ในธุรกิจปัจจุบัน อันสอดคล้องกับภารกิจหลักของ ที เอช ซี สถาบันอนุญาโตตุลาการ ในการให้บริการด้านการระงับข้อพิพาททางเลือกทั้งการประนอมข้อพิพาทและการอนุญาโตตุลาการในเชิงพาณิชย์ พร้อมผลักดันให้ไทยเป็นศูนย์กลางการระงับข้อพิพาททางเลือกของอาเซียนในภาพ (จากซ้าย): 1. นายพสิษฐ์ อัศววัฒนาพร ผู้อำนวยการ ที เอช เอ ซี สถาบันอนุญาโตตุลาการ (7 จากซ้าย)

THAC Successfully Hosts the First WMO Symposium titled
“Mediation - The Language of Peaceful Communication and Conflict Resolution” in Thailand
BANGKOK, THAILAND: The Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) in collaboration with the World Mediation Organization (WMO) and George Mason University Korea (GMUK) recently hosted the first international symposium on mediation, the World Mediation Organisation Symposium in Bangkok, Thailand, under the title “Mediation – The Language of Peaceful Conflict Resolution”. Held at the Dusit Thani Bangkok Hotel, the four-day symposium attracted around 100 attendees to hear the international group of speakers THAC had invited. They came from all corners of the world, including Georgia, Korea, Hong Kong, New Zealand, and the United States to share their insights about a great variety of topics related to mediation, its application and conflict resolution. As the leading center for alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in Thailand, THAC took the initiative to organize this symposium and showcase Thailand as a regional hub in the domain of mediation and peaceful conflict resolution. At this event, THAC inspired attendees and speakers to further pursue the goal of promoting mediation as the best way to deal with conflicts. Photo shows (from left): 1.
