ซีเอส ล็อกซอินโฟ มีกำไรครึ่งปีแรก 163 ล้านบาทหรือคิดเป็น 0.27 บาทต่อหุ้น 
 


บริษัทมีรายได้รวมเท่ากับ 1,461 ล้านบาท ลดลง ร้อยละ 1 จากช่วงครึ่งปีแรกของปี 2558  จากการเติบโตของยอดขายจากธุรกิจการให้บริการด้านไอซีที สามารถชดเชยยอดขายที่ลดลงของธุรกิจสมุดหน้าเหลืองและธุรกิจการให้บริการข้อมูลด้วยเสียงทางโทรศัพท์และการให้บริการเสริมบนโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ได้ บริษัทสามารถรักษาผลกำไรช่วงครึ่งปีแรกของปี 2559 ได้ใกล้เคียงกับช่วงเวลาเดียวกันของปีก่อน ซึ่งเท่ากับ 163 ล้านบาท หรือคิดเป็น 0.27 บาท/หุ้น เนื่องจากการบริหารจัดการต้นทุนที่มีประสิทธิภาพและการควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายอย่างเคร่งครัดของกลุ่มบริษัท
 
อนึ่ง ในส่วนของงบการเงินเฉพาะกิจการ สำหรับช่วงครึ่งปีแรกของปี 2559 บริษัทมีกำไรสุทธิ เท่ากับ 157 ล้านบาท หรือคิดเป็น 0.26 บาท/หุ้น โดยแบ่งเป็น
·        กำไรจากการดำเงินงาน จำนวน 137 ล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้น 12 ล้านบาท หรือร้อยละ 10 จากช่วงครึ่งปีแรกของปี 2558 เนื่องจากการเติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่องในกลุ่มสินค้าหลัก โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในส่วนบริการด้านศูนย์ข้อมูลอินเทอร์เน็ต (ดาต้าเซ็นเตอร์) และบริการอินเทอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูงสำหรับกลุ่มลูกค้าคอนโดมิเนียม

·        เงินปันผลรับจากบริษัทย่อยจำนวน 20 ล้านบาท
 
ดังนั้น เมื่อวันที่ 8 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2559 ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการของบริษัท มีมติอนุมัติให้จ่ายเงินปันผลระหว่างกาล จากผลประกอบการครึ่งปีแรกของปี 2559 ให้แก่ผู้ถือหุ้นในอัตราหุ้นละ 0.22 บาท/หุ้น
ส่วนแนวโน้มสำหรับครึ่งปีหลังของปี 2559 บริษัทยังคงสานต่อการขยายการลงทุนด้านศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์ และบริการอินเทอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูงแบบเฉพาะพื้นที่ เจาะกลุ่มลูกค้าคอนโดมิเนียมที่ยังคงได้รับการตอบรับที่ดีจากผู้ใช้บริการ ควบคู่ไปกับการปรับแผนการบริหารจัดการต้นทุนและควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายของกลุ่มบริษัทอย่างเคร่งครัด โดยในช่วงปลายปี 2559 บริษัทจะทำการก่อสร้างอาคารศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์ อาคารที่ 2 ให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 6 เดือน โดยใช้งบประมาณในการก่อสร้างอาคารประมาณ 60 ล้านบาท และจะลงทุนทางด้านระบบบริการดาต้าเซนเตอร์และคลาวด์อีกประมาณ 100 - 200 ล้านบาท ตามการเติบโตของธุรกิจ นอกจากนั้น บริษัทจะเพิ่มการลงทุนในบริการอินเทอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูงในครึ่งปีหลังอีก 40 ล้านบาท เพื่อขยายการให้บริการตามคอนโดมิเนียมในเขตกรุงเทพ

CS LoxInfo reports net profit for 1HF2016 of 163 million Baht or 0.27 Baht per share



Bangkok, Thailand – 9 August 2016 – CS LoxInfo Plc. had consolidated revenue of 1,461 million Baht, a decrease of 1% from 1HF2015. This was due to sales growth of its ICT Business can offset a decline in sales of YellowPages and Voice & Mobile Content Businesses.  CSL maintained a consolidated profit for 1HF2016 of 163 million Baht or 0.27 per share, the same level as the corresponding period last year. This was due to effective cost management and SG&A expense controls within the Group.

For 1HF2016, performance of the Separated financial statements, CSL had a net profit of 157 million Baht or 0.26 per share, comprised of:
•   Net profit from operations of 137 million Baht, an increase of 12 million or 10% over 1HF2015. This resulted from continued growth of its core products/services, especially in its Internet Data Center and High-Speed Internet for Condominium services.

•   A Dividend received from its subsidiary was 20 million Baht.

Thus, at CSL’ s Board of Directors’ meeting held on 8 August, 2016, the Board passed a resolution to approve an interim dividend payment from its operations for the initial six-month period of 2016 to the Company’s shareholders at the rate of Baht 0.22 per share.

Outlook for the second half of 2016: the Company will continue to expand its Data Center and High-Speed Internet services in targeted areas for condominium-based customers, which has had good user response. Additionally, the Company will focus on stringent cost management and expense controls. Moreover, CSL plans to construct a 2nd Data Center building beginning toward the end of 2016 at a cost of 60 million Baht. It also plans to invest in Data Center and Cloud Service systems at an approximate cost of 100 – 200 million Baht, depending on business growth. CSL will continue to expand into High-Speed Internet services for Condominiums with an anticipated investment of 40 million Baht in 2HF2016.
