เพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตด้วยเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล

1 มิถุนายน 2559 – บมจ.โทเทิ่ล แอ็คเซ็ส คอมมูนิเคชั่น หรือดีแทค ลงนามในบันทึกความร่วมมือ กับสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร (กระทรวงไอซีที) และสำนักงานการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย (กศน.) กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ เพื่อสนองตอบนโยบายของรัฐบาลในการขับเคลื่อนประเทศไทยด้วยเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ภายใต้แผนการพัฒนาดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม โดยมียุทธศาสตร์ที่สำคัญในการสร้างสังคมคุณภาพ ที่ประชาชนทุกคนสามารถเข้าถึงและใช้ประโยชน์จากเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลได้อย่างเท่าเทียม ตั้งเป้าให้มีผู้ใช้งานผ่านศูนย์ดิจิทัลชุมชนอย่างน้อย 1,000,000 คน

ภายใต้ความร่วมมือ ทั้ง 3 หน่วยงานจะร่วมกันผลักดันให้เกิดการเรียนรู้และใช้งานดิจิทัลที่เหมาะสมผ่านเครือข่ายที่มีอยู่ โดยกระทรวงไอซีทีจะดำเนินการพัฒนาวิทยากรของศูนย์ดิจิทัลชุมชน ตลอดจนประสานงานกับองค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อสนับสนุนการจัดอบรมและกิจกรรมต่างๆ กระทรวงศึกษาธิการจะพัฒนาบุคลากรของ กศน. ให้เป็นผู้อำนวยให้เกิดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่อดิจิทัล และดีแทคจะจัดทำหลักสูตรประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลสำหรับชุมชน สร้างเครือข่ายเน็ตอาสา และสนับสนุนด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์เพื่อให้คนรับรู้ในวงกว้าง  โดยมีกรอบระยะเวลา 3 ปี

นายลาร์ส นอร์ลิ่ง ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บมจ.โทเทิ่ล แอ็คเซ็ส คอมมูนิเคชั่น (ดีแทค) กล่าวว่า "ดีแทคยินดีมากที่ได้มีส่วนสนับสนุนให้ประชาชนสามารถเข้าถึงและใช้ประโยชน์จากเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลได้อย่างเท่าเทียมกัน เรามุ่งส่งเสริมให้ 100% ของคนไทยได้รับการเชื่อมต่อกับอินเทอร์เน็ตในฐานะบริการสาธารณะขั้นพื้นฐาน เป็นการก้าวสู่อนาคตแห่งดิจิทัลไปพร้อมๆ กันของประเทศไทย ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับยุทธศาสตร์ของรัฐบาล และดีแทคยังได้จัดทำ White Paper เพื่อเผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์ 'โครงการดิจิทัลไทยแลนด์' ในเดือนเมษายนที่ผ่านมาอีกด้วย"

ดีแทคก่อตั้งทีมงานเน็ตอาสาในปี พ.ศ. 2557 จนถึงปัจจุบัน ทีมอาสาสมัครได้ลงพื้นที่ทั่วประเทศเพื่อสอนวิธีการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ต เชื่อมต่อคนไทยมาแล้วกว่า 50,000 ราย สำหรับปี 2559 นี้ ดีแทควางแผนที่จะไปอบรมให้ความรู้และทักษะเชิงดิจิทัลเพื่อการใช้ประโยชน์สำหรับวิชาชีพ-และการดำรงชีวิตแก่ประชาชนเพิ่มขึ้นจำนวน 300,000 คน ซึ่งเป็นการสร่วมผลักดันเป้าหมายของรัฐบาล พร้อมพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของคนไทย ช่วยเหลือผู้ด้อยโอกาส เพื่อสร้างสังคมดิจิทัลที่ยั่งยืนในที่สุด

dtac MICT and ONIE signed an MOU to promote lifelong learning with digital technology

Jun 1, 2016 – Total Access Communication PLC. or dtac has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (MICT) and Office of the Non-formal and Informal Education (ONIE), Ministry of Education, to support government's policies in driving Thailand by digital technology. The Thailand Digital Economy and Society Development Plan's main strategy is to develop well-being society in which everyone can access and make use of digital technology evenly. The target is set to have at least 1 million people using services at digital community centers.

Under the cooperation between these three organizations, learning and using proper digital technology will be fully pushed via available channels. MICT will train staff for digital community centers as well as coordinate with related organizations for training and events. Minister of Education will train ONIE's staff to be facilitators for learning activities through digital media. Whereas, dtac will prepare applied digital technology courses for community in order to create Net Arsa (Internet Volunteer) network and raise public awareness for the timeframe of three years.

Mr. Lars Norling, CEO of Total Access Communication PLC. or dtac said, "dtac is very pleased to play a part in helping people have access to and use digital technology evenly. We set a target that 100% of population have internet connection, which should be considered a fundamental public infrastructure, in order to achieve Thailand's digital society according to government's strategy. Besides, dtac has prepared the 'White Paper' to publicize the "Digital Thailand" project since April."

dtac has formed the 'Net Arsa' team since 2014. dtac Net Arsa has been teaching basic internet knowledge to over 50,000 people nationwide. For year of 2016, dtac plans to offer internet knowledge and professional skill trainings to 300,000 persons for pushing the government's goal. Moreover, this can improve quality of life for Thai people, especially underprivileged ones, and ultimately build sustainable digital society.
