นายสมมาตร บุณยะสุนานนท์ รองประธาน บริษัท ฟูจิ ซีร็อกซ์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด เปิดเผยว่า ด้วยความมุ่งมั่นของ   ฟูจิ ซีร็อกซ์ ที่จะพัฒนาเครื่องมัลติฟังก์ชั่น และโซลูชั่นการจัดการด้านเอกสาร เป็นหนึ่งในโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของทุกสำนักงาน เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของธุรกิจ ในการบริหารจัดการภายในสำนักงานให้มีการสื่อสาร และการบริหารจัดการต้นทุนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ บนระบบที่มีความปลอดภัย ในงาน DocuWorld 2016 ครั้งนี้ ฟูจิ ซีร็อกซ์ จึงได้นำเสนอโซลูชั่นเพื่อการบริหารต้นทุนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ อาทิ “Light Cost Management Plus” สามารถจัดเก็บสถานะรายงานการใช้งาน และแยกค่าใช้จ่ายรายแผนก หรือรายบุคคลได้โดยอัตโนมัติ พร้อมทั้งความปลอดภัยในการพิมพ์เอกสาร “Light Communication Tool” ช่วยให้การพิมพ์เอกสาร และแชร์เอกสารรูปแบบดิจิทัลได้อย่างง่ายดาย สามารถทำงานได้ทุกที่ ทุกเวลา และ“ApeosWare Management Suite 2” ช่วยลดความซับซ้อนของขั้นตอนการทำงาน และการจัดการเอกสารผสานรวมเข้ากับโครงสร้างพื้นฐานเดิมขององค์กรได้อย่างง่ายดาย และช่วยปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพด้านต้นทุนและความสามารถในการผลิต โดยโซลูชั่นต่างๆ ดังกล่าวสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการใช้งานได้กับองค์กรทุกขนาด ตั้งแต่ธุรกิจขนาดเล็ก อย่าง SMEs ไปจนถึงองค์กรขนาดใหญ่
นอกจากนั้นยังมีบริการต่างๆ ที่รองรับการทำงานบนคลาวด์ และอุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่ อาทิ “Cloud On-Demand Print” ช่วยให้สามารถพิมพ์เอกสารสำคัญได้ง่าย และปลอดภัย โดยไม่ต้องกังวลในเรื่องข้อมูลสูญหาย หรือการใช้ไดร์ฟเวอร์โดยเฉพาะ “Scan Translation Service” แปลเอกสารได้ง่ายเสมือนการถ่ายเอกสาร ช่วยเพิ่มความสะดวกในการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลกับลูกค้า หรือสำนักงานในต่างประเทศ และ “Electronic Partnership Broadband (EP-BB)” สามารถตรวจสอบปริมาณวัสดุสิ้นเปลืองเพื่อให้เครื่องพร้อมใช้งานอย่างต่อเนื่อง จึงเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ และความสะดวก รวดเร็วในการให้บริการจาก ฟูจิ ซีร็อกซ์

สำหรับโซลูชั่นเอาท์ซอร์สงานเอกสารแบบครบวงจร มีการนำเสนอบริการ “Next Generation Managed Print Services (MPS)” รุ่นใหม่ล่าสุด ที่เปิดตัวไปเมื่อปลายปี 2558 ที่ผ่านมา และนำมาต่อยอดเพื่อขยายกลุ่มลูกค้าได้เพิ่มมากขึ้น MPS รุ่นใหม่ของฟูจิ ซีร็อกซ์ ได้รวมโซลูชั่นที่จำเป็นสำหรับผู้ใช้ที่ต้องการได้รับข้อมูลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และปลอดภัยได้ทุกเวลาและสถานที่ตามต้องการ โดยจะแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ขั้น ได้แก่ การประเมินและการสร้างประโยชน์สูงสุด, ความปลอดภัยและรวม และการทำงานอัตโนมัติและความง่าย เพื่อเสริมศักยภาพการทำงานด้านเอกสารให้ลูกค้าสื่อสารได้อย่างราบรื่นมากยิ่งขึ้นในแต่ละขั้น การบริการจะปรับใช้เครื่องมือต่าง ๆ ตามความต้องการของสภาวะการทำงานของลูกค้า นอกจากการดำเนินการและการจัดการด้านการพิมพ์แล้ว ฟูจิ ซีร็อกซ์ ยังมีการตรวจสอบการบริการและให้การสนับสนุนเพื่อต่อยอดการพัฒนาเป็นระยะ

นายสมมาตร กล่าวเพิ่มเติมว่า ภายในงานนี้ ฟูจิซีร็อกซ์ ยังได้เปิดตัว 4K Optical Transmission System นวัตกรรมใหม่ สำหรับการรับส่งข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ที่ให้คุณภาพเหนือกว่า ทั้งข้อมูลรูปแบบของวิดีโอ เสียง ที่มีความละเอียดสูง ด้วยระบบออปติคอลสามารถส่งผ่านข้อมูลได้ในระยะทางไกลกว่า 800 เมตร และสื่อสารบนระบบ LAN ได้พร้อมกันที่ระดับ 4K โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีที่เป็นเอกสิทธิ์เฉพาะของ ฟูจิ ซีร็อกซ์ สามารถประยุกต์ใช้งานได้หลากหลาย ได้แก่ การแบ่งปันวิดีโอการผ่าตัดภายในโรงพยาบาล ระบบการติดตามตรวจสอบภายในโรงงาน การเรียนรู้เชิงปฏิบัติการผ่านแท็บเล็ตในสถาบันการศึกษา ป้ายดิจิทัลในสถานีรถไฟหรือสนามบิน เป็นต้น ซึ่งการใช้ประโยชน์จากเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัยดังกล่าวนี้ ทำให้บริษัท ฟูจิ ซีร็อกซ์ สามารถให้บริการโซลูชั่นชั้นนำระดับโลกเพื่อนำเสนอหนทางใหม่ ๆ ในการสื่อสารให้กับธุรกิจในยุคดิจิทัลได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
