ดีแทคเปิดศูนย์บริการแห่งใหม่ล่าสุด ดีแทค ฮอลล์ สาขา เซ็นทรัล เฟสติวัล อีสต์วิลล์  ตกแต่งสุดโมเดิร์นจากย่านไลฟ์สไตล์ในนิวยอร์ค รองรับการขยายตัวของกรุงเทพฯฝั่งตะวันออก

ดีแทคเปิดศูนย์บริการดีแทค ฮอลล์ แห่งใหม่ล่าสุด เซ็นทรัล เฟสติวัล อีสต์วิลล์ ที่ตั้งในย่านประดิษฐ์มนูธรรม หรือเลียบทางด่วนเอกมัย รามอินทรา เป็นศูนย์บริการที่กว้างขวาง โดดเด่นสะดุดตานอกจากจะคงความเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของดีแทคแล้ว ยังตกแต่งจากแรงบันดาลใจของคนดังในนิวยอร์กที่สอดคล้องไปกับโมเดลใหม่ของเซ็นทรัล เฟสติวัล อีสต์วิลล์ ซึ่งออกแบบศูนย์การค้า จากย่านไลฟ์สไตล์คนดังของโลก ศูนย์บริการนี้เป็นสาขาที่รวบรวมเทคโนโลยีโทรศัพท์มือถือและการบริการที่มาพร้อมสิทธิพิเศษ เพื่อสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ตอบโจทย์ไลฟ์สไตล์ของลูกค้าที่ใช้บริการ 4G และ 3G ที่เน้นการใช้งานโมบายล์อินเทอร์เน็ตจากดีแทค 4G รายแรกบนคลื่น 1800 Mhz  ตอบสนองการขยายตัวของกรุงเทพฯ ฝั่งตะวันออก รองรับลูกค้าที่พักอาศัยในย่านลาดพร้าว วัชรพลและใกล้เคียง

นายปัญญา เวชบรรยงรัตน์ ผู้อำนวยการอาวุโส ธุรกิจภูมิภาค – กรุงเทพฯและปริมณฑล บริษัท โทเทิ่ล แอ็คเซ็ส คอมมูนิเคชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือดีแทค กล่าวว่า “ดีแทคเดินหน้าเร่งขยายโครงข่ายการให้บริการ 4G อยู่บนคลื่นความถี่ 1800 MHz บนแบนด์วิธที่กว้างถึง 15 MHz และ 4G บนคลื่นความถี่ 2100 MHz ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ในกรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑล และอีกมากกว่า 40 จังหวัดทั่วประเทศ โดยจะขยายเพิ่มโครงข่าย 4G บนคลื่น 1800 MHz ในพื้นที่ต่างจังหวัดอีก 2,200 สถานีให้แล้วเสร็จภายในช่วงแรกของต้นปีหน้า และจะขยายเพิ่มพื้นที่การให้บริการ 4G บนคลื่น 2100 MHz ให้ครอบคลุมทั่วทุกจังหวัดทั่วประเทศภายในครึ่งแรกของปีหน้า เป้าหมายของดีแทคคือการสร้างความประทับใจสูงสุดให้กับผู้ใช้ 4G ให้ได้ประสบการณ์ในการใช้งานจริง และเป็นครั้งแรกในประเทศไทยที่ 4G ของดีแทคสามารถให้บริการที่ความเร็วสูงมากกว่า 100 Mbps บนโทรศัพท์มือถือ ทำให้ลูกค้าดีแทคได้รับประสบการณ์ที่ดีขึ้นจากการใช้งาน Facebook, Instagram, LINE, YouTube หรือดูทีวีถ่ายทอดสด ดูหนังฟังเพลงแบบสตรีมมิ่ง หรือคอนเทนต์ออนไลน์แบบความละเอียดสูง
 
ศูนย์บริการ ดีแทคฮอลล์ แห่งใหม่นี้เปิดบริการแล้วอย่างเต็มรูปแบบ  เพื่อให้ลูกค้าดีแทคได้รับประโยชน์และความสะดวกในการใช้บริการอย่างครบวงจร ลูกค้าจะได้รับคำแนะนำปรึกษา จำหน่าย และบริการหลังการขายจากพนักงานที่ได้รับการฝึกอบรมมาอย่างดี มีใจรักงานบริการ สามารถให้บริการทั้งการขายและงานบริการแบบ Sales & Service Integration เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้กับลูกค้าพร้อมสไตล์การตกแต่งรูปแบบใหม่ Modern loft โดยดึงกลิ่นอายของความเป็นนิวยอร์ก เข้ามาผสมผสาน และปรับ look & feel ให้ดูทันสมัย โดยการเลือกใช้วัสดุที่เป็นมันวาว รวมถึงโทนสีที่ให้ความรู้สึกแข็งแรง สลับกับความด้านดิบของวัสดุในบางส่วน เพื่อให้ได้ความรู้สึกที่แตกต่างจากดีแทค ฮอลล์ ทั่วๆไป แต่ก็ยังคงเอกลักษณ์ดีไซน์ที่สะท้อนความเป็นดีแทค และเราได้มีการใช้นาฬิกาที่เป็นเหมือนสัญลักษณ์ของนิวยอร์ก เข้ามาอยู่ในงานดีไซน์ เพื่อให้ลูกค้าได้รับความรู้สึกที่สมบูรณ์แบบของคำว่า New York city”

dtac opens modern New York-style dtac hall at Central Festival EastVille to support growth in Eastern Bangkok

dtac opens its latest dtac hall at Central Festival EastVille on Praditmanutham Road near Ekamai-Ramindra expressway. While the new dtac hall maintains its brand identity, its eye-catching New York City-style decoration goes well with the design of the Central Festival EastVille shopping mall, inspired by world famous celebrities’ lifestyles. The new dtac hall features new mobile technology and services with special privileges, designed to meet the needs of 4G/3G mobile internet customers and support the growth of Eastern Bangkok and customers living in Lad Prao, Watcharapol, and nearby areas.

The current 4G coverage covers Bangkok metropolitan area and over 40 provinces nationwide. dtac will continue the 4G rollout on the 1800 MHz spectrum by adding 2,200 new base stations by early 2016 and complete nationwide coverage for 4G on the 2100 MHz by the first half of 2016. dtac’s goal is to bring the best experience to 4G customers, and for the first time in Thailand, dtac’s 4G provides the fastest speed beyond 100 Mbps, which enables customers to enjoy better experience on Facebook, Instagram, LINE. YouTube, Live TV, music streaming, or online HD content.
 
The new dtac hall provides a convenient one-stop service in which customers have access to product recommendations and post-sale support from well-trained and service-minded staff under the Sales & Service Integration concept. The new dtac hall, in modern loft style with New York City vibe, is decorated using a mix of shiny and raw materials with powerful tones, making it uniquely different from other dtac halls, yet still maintaining dtac’s identity and characteristics.
