CS LOXINFO and RapidCloud Offer CRM Software as a Service to Help Smaller Companies Compete With Larger Rivals
CS LOXINFO Plc. (SET:CSL), a leading one-stop Internet, Computer and Telecommunication service provider in Thailand, has signed a strategic partnership with RapidCloud International Plc., via its subsidiary Emerge Systems (Thailand) Limited.
The partnership will allow CS LOXINFO to offer its large-scale enterprises and Small & Medium Enterprises (SME) customers a selection of RapidCloud’s enterprise cloud applications, beginning with RapidCRM, its Sales Automation and Management tool. RapidCRM will be offered to enterprises in a choice of public-cloud or on-premise cloud environment that will be delivered on HP Helion OpenStack.
Formed in 1999, RapidCloud, provides enterprise cloud computing applications such as website builders, e-commerce & portal solutions to over 42,000 customers. The Company is based in Southeast Asia and is one of the few solutions providers in the region to deliver its offerings through all three available Cloud Computing segments, i.e. Software-as-a-Service, Infrastructure-as-a-Service and Platform-as-a-Service. CS LOXINFO's Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings eliminates the cost of developing, purchasing and maintaining an in-house technology solution for its users. RapidCloud will use HP Helion OpenStack to provide CRM software and CS LOXINFO provides the high quality international standard, ISO 27001 (Information Security Management), ISO 20000 (IT Service Management) and ISO 9001 (Quality Management) certified, data center with multiple large-bandwidth redundant direct connections to international and domestic Internet gateways. All three parties complement each other in delivering secure and scalable cloud services with a wide variety of SaaS offerings.
