          AirAsia BIG โปรแกรมสะสมคะแนนเพื่อแลกสิทธิ์บินฟรีกับแอร์เอเชีย ปรับโฉมการแลกคะแนนใหม่ให้ง่ายขึ้น กับแคมเปญ AirAsia BIG Fixed Points ที่ช่วยให้สมาชิก AirAsia BIG สามารถทราบจำนวนคะแนนที่ต้องใช้ ก่อนแลกสิทธิ์บินฟรี กับเที่ยวบินหลากหลายในเครือข่ายกลุ่มสายการบินแอร์เอเชียทั้งหมด

          ทั้งนี้ AirAsia BIG ได้กำหนดตารางคะแนนแลกบัตรโดยสาร AirAsia BIG Fixed Points ใหม่ เพื่อให้สมาชิกทราบจำนวนคะแนนที่ต้องสะสม เพื่อแลกสิทธิ์บินฟรีในเส้นทางต่างๆ ที่กลุ่มแอร์เอเชียให้บริการ โดยจะแบ่งระดับคะแนน BIG Points ตามระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการบิน เริ่มต้นที่4,500 คะแนนต่อเที่ยว สำหรับเที่ยวบินที่ใช้เวลาบินน้อยกว่า 1 ชั่วโมง และเพิ่มขึ้นเรื่อย จนสูงสุด 30,000 คะแนนต่อเที่ยว สำหรับเที่ยวบินที่ใช้เวลาบินมากกว่า 6 ชั่วโมง

          นายสันติสุข คล่องใช้ยา ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายการพาณิชย์ สายการบินไทยแอร์เอเชีย กล่าวว่า เป้าหมายของแอร์เอเชียคือการมอบบริการที่คุ้มค่าที่สุดให้กับลูกค้า ด้วยเครือข่ายบินที่ครอบคลุม โดยไทยแอร์เอเชียเราให้บริการบินตรงสู่ 19 ปลายทางในประเทศ และ 21 ปลายทาง จาก 4ฐานปฏิบัติการบินในไทยคือ กรุงเทพฯ (ดอนเมือง) ภูเก็ต เชียงใหม่ และกระบี่ ในขณะที่ไทย แอร์เอเชีย เอ็กซ์ ให้บริการบินตรงจากกรุงเทพฯ (ดอนเมือง) สู่ ญี่ปุ่นและเกาหลี และการเปิดตัวรูปแบบการสะสมคะแนนใหม่ของ AirAsia BIG เป็นแบบ Fixed Points จะสร้างความเข้าใจและคุ้มค่ากับผู้โดยสารมากยิ่งขึ้นโดยผู้โดยสารจะสามารถคำนวนได้ทันทีว่าต้องใช้คะแนนสะสม BIG points เท่าไร เพื่อที่จะสามารถแลกเป็นตั๋วโดยสารในเส้นทางที่ต้องการนั้นๆได้ ที่สำคัญทุกการใช้จ่ายกับแอร์เอเชีย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นตั๋วราคาระดับไหนก็สามารถสะสมคะแนน BIG pointsได้ทั้งหมด เชื่อว่าจะเป็นบริการที่ถูกใจผู้ใช้บริการทุกคนแน่นอน”

          ด้านนางสาวอลิซ โกะห์ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท ธิ๊งค์ บิ๊ก ดิจิทัล เบอร์ฮาด (มาเลเชีย) กล่าวว่า “ปัจจุบันเรามีสมาชิก BIG ทั่วโลกกว่า14 ล้านคน โดยเป็นสมาชิกในไทยประมาณ 1.4 ล้านคน การกำหนดตารางคะแนนเพื่อแลกบัตรโดยสาร AirAsia BIG Fixed Points จะทำให้สมาชิกวางแผนการเดินทางได้สะดวกขึ้น นอกจากนั้นสมาชิกยังได้รับสิทธิพิเศษสำรองที่นั่งโปรโมชั่น 24 ชั่วโมงล่วงหน้าก่อนลูกค้าทั่วไป เมื่อแอร์เอเชียมีแคมเปญพิเศษ ขณะเดียวกันยังสามารถแลกสิทธิ์บินฟรีในช่วงโปรโมชั่น ซึ่งใช้คะแนน BIG Points เริ่มต้นเพียง 100 คะแนนเท่านั้นAirAsia BIG Loyalty Program ยังให้สิทธิ์บินฟรีได้ง่ายกว่า หากสมาชิกมีคะแนนไม่เพียงพอ สามารถใช้คะแนน BIG Points บวกกับเงินสดเพื่อแลกสิทธิ์บินฟรี หรือโอนคะแนนจากสมาชิก BIG คนอื่นมารวมกันได้”

          AirAsia BIG Loyalty Programme คือโปรแกรมการสะสมคะแนน ที่สมาชิก BIG จะได้คะแนนจากการใช้จ่ายซื้อสินค้าและผลิตภัณฑ์ในกลุ่มแอร์เอเชียและกลุ่มทูนทั้งหมด เช่น สายการบินแอร์เอเชีย โรงแรมทูน และทูนประกันภัย เป็นต้น นอกจากนั้นยังสะสมคะแนนได้จากการใช้จ่ายกับพันธมิตรของเรากว่า 100 แห่งทั่วภูมิภาค เช่น เดอะวันการ์ด อะโกดา เครือฮิลตัน โรงแรมฮาร์ดร็อค ไทยไลฟ์ เมืองไทย เคพีไอ หรือเปลี่ยนคะแนนสะสมจากบัตรเครดิตพันธมิตร เช่น ธนาคารกรุงเทพ ธนาคารกสิกรไทย ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ เป็นต้น ซึ่งสามารถนำมาและเป็นคะแนนBIG Points ได้เช่นกัน

          AirAsia BIG announced today the introduction of the AirAsia BIG Fixed Points, which will enable all AirAsia BIG Members to redeem AirAsia flights across the whole group’s network on a fixed amount of BIG Points.

          The AirAsia BIG Fixed Points will allow guests to know how far they are able to travel with the amount of BIG Points they have earned, as the BIG Fixed Points are categorized according to flight duration. The BIG Fixed Points range from 4,500 BIG Points for flights that are less than an hour, up to 30,000 BIG Points for flights that are more than six hours.
