Thai AirAsia X Welcomes Third Airbus A330-300 Plane to its Fleet Adds Flights to Tokyo and Osaka, Japan
Thai AirAsia X, Thailand’s first low fare long haul carrier, welcomes its third Airbus A330-300 plane to its fleet with a religious ceremony led by Mr. Nadda Buranasiri, CEO of Thai AirAsia X, and attended by the airline’s executives and personnel.
The aircraft's design features “Park Ji-Sung” the famous Asian football player who is also the airline’s brand ambassador. Chosen for his skill and sportsmanship, the airline hopes to help inspire aspiration, discipline and the humble ways of Asia through the distinct livery featuring Park Ji-Sung.
The new aircraft features 377 seats divided into 12 reclining business class seats and 365 economy seats. Thai AirAsia X will increase flight frequencies starting this 29 March 2015. The airline will operate two daily flights between Don Mueang-Tokyo (Narita), one daily flight between Don Mueang-Osaka (Kansai), Japan and one daily flight between Don Mueang-Seoul (Incheon), South Korea.
