Samsung Maximizes its Global Sport Marketing Platform with “2015 Samsung-Chelsea Dream the Blues Campaign” Targeting Kids & Parents for its Consumer Electronics Products
Thai Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., today continues successful global sport marketing effort ‘the 2015 Samsung-Chelsea Dream the Blues Campaign’, providing a once-in-a-life-time football experience for Thai children aged 8 to 15 years to win a chance to meet and train with the world’s best players of Chelsea Football Club in London, England. The campaign is to be implemented in Thailand for the second year, and aims to raise the brand engagement targeting parent customers in Bangkok and vicinity areas. To join this campaign, simply purchase Samsung TV and home appliances with minimum of 8,000 Baht at over 200 participated shops in Bangkok and vicinity areas throughout February 2015.

For this second year, Samsung- Chelsea Dream the Blues Campaign, Thailand is selected to be included in the global 2015 soccer program among the three countries which include China and Columbia. We anticipate the increased participation this year to be double of the previous year.
For this year, there are 214 participated shops in Bangkok and vicinity areas. Since 2007, the Samsung-Chelsea Dream the Blues campaign has already benefited more than 7,300 youths across the world. The company believes that this opportunity with Chelsea Football Club is a valuable part of our many successful initiatives to inspired healthy living and active learning in the young people.’
Throughout February 2015 during the ‘Samsung-Chelsea Dream the Blues Campaign’, for every 8,000 Baht or 30,000 Baht spent in one receipt on any Samsung TV and home appliances, consumers will earn one lucky draw coupon and five lucky draw coupons, respectively. The draw of 150 lucky kids will be held on March 9, 2015 and the lucky ones will join a football training session with Chelsea FC’s youth team coaches in Thailand. The 150 lucky kids will then participate in the special football training session during March 21-22, 2015 in Bangkok with Chelsea FC’s youth team coaches and learn ‘the Chelsea way’ in fun and exciting training session. During the coaching session, eight passionate and talented children will be selected by CFC youth coaches for the final chance to be two representatives from Thailand wining a trip to the Blues Camp in London and get trained with Chelsea FC’s team players. The Blues Camp will take place in May 2015.
