‘Oodles of Noodles’ . . . @Anna & Charlie’s Cafe. . . this September!
Attention noodle lovers . . . brace yourself this September for seven scrumptious noodle sensations especially prepared by Chef Charlie and his culinary staff. Some of these exceptional noodle dishes are not featured regularly in the a-la-carte menu; however they can be savored during the noodle festival at Anna & Charlie’s Cafe (formerly known as Anna’s Cafe) from now until the end of September.
Chef Charlie and his staff combine Italian pasta with just the right Thai flavors to create their unique noodle dishes. A couple of dishes may be recognized by some dinners, but others have been created exclusively by Chef Charlie. The seven special noodle dishes include:
· Spaghetti with New Zealand Mussel in Tomato Sauce*
· Spaghetti with Northern Thai Sausages* (Spaghetti Sai Auo)
· Fettuccine with mixed Seafood
· Fettuccine with Salmon
· Spaghetti Pesto
· Anna’s special stir-fried noodles (Pad Senmee Anna)
· Fettuccine Carbonara
Among the seven dishes, Spaghetti with New Zealand Mussels in Tomato Sauce and Spaghetti with Northern Thai Sausages rate the highest recommendation by Khun Charlie. These particular dishes were created and made famous by the celebrity chef himself when they were featured for a short time at the restaurant. However, because of unanticipated demand, Chef Charlie and his staff decided to feature his pasta creations for the entire month. Anna & Charlie’s own Chef Charlie is inviting everyone to come down and enjoy these pasta sensations and the other five mouth-watering noodle dishes he has created.
For true connoisseurs of fine food, a delicious meal at Anna & Charlie’s cannot be completed without a piece of Anna and Charlie’s ‘Toffee Banoffee’, the famous dessert originated by the restaurant almost a decade ago.
