Country Group Development Co., Ltd. (PCL) shows business plan to move forward in real estate continuously. Recently, they develop sales plan for phase 2 in project Element Srinakarin Condominium with Modern Simplicity style which is the most outstanding in Srinakarin area. The plan are adding new room styles to accommodate the customers’ needs, promoting landscape plan under the theme "Living in the Park" to increase public areas and parks and response to an urban lifestyle in natural living. After the flood crisis in Bangkok in the late years, we found more increasing needs of customers who interested in condominiums that have 1 bedroom and smaller size than 35 square meters.
