จากกระแสเทรนด์อาหารต้นปี 2564 สำหรับการบริโภคไข่ไก่เคจฟรี หนึ่งในนวัตกรรมการเลี้ยงไก่ แบบอิสระ ปลอดภัย บริษัท ฟู้ดแพชชั่น จำกัด เจ้าของแบรนด์ดัง บาร์บีคิวพลาซ่า จุ่มแซบฮัท ฌานา โภชา และ หมูทอดกอดคอ จึงมีความตระหนัก และห่วงใยในทุกขั้นตอนของกระบวนการ ผลิตอาหาร ที่รับผิดชอบต่อสังคม สิ่งแวดล้อม และสวัสดิภาพสัตว์ รวมทั้งยังคงมุ่งเน้น และใส่ใจ ต่อสุขภาพของผู้บริโภคเป็นสำคัญ สอดคล้องตามพันธกิจหลักขององค์กร ในการส่งมอบความสุข ผ่านมื้ออาหารที่ได้คุณภาพ เพื่อให้ลูกค้าได้รับสิ่งที่ดีที่สุด

ทั้งนี้ ทางบริษัทฯ จึงขอออกประกาศฉบับนี้ เพื่อแสดงเจตนารมณ์ การประกาศใช้วัตถุดิบประเภท ไข่ไก่เคจฟรี (Cage Free Eggs) ซึ่งรวมถึงไข่สด ไข่แปรรูป และผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีไข่ เป็นส่วนผสม ทั้งหมด ที่มาจากแม่ไก่ที่เลี้ยงแบบธรรมชาติที่เพิ่มพื้นที่กรงให้แม่ไก่ได้มีพื้นที่ในการเคลื่อนไหวมากขึ้น ภายใต้สภาวะแวดล้อม ที่เหมาะสม มีสุขอนามัยที่ดี ได้รับอาหาร และน้ำอย่างเพียงพอ และถูกต้องตามหลักการคุ้มครอง สวัสดิภาพสัตว์ หรือ Animal Welfare นำโดยแบรนด์ “ฌานา”  ชาบูเพื่อสุขภาพ วัตถุดิบหลักส่งตรง จากเพื่อนเกษตรกรไทย ซึ่งทางบริษัทฯ​ ตั้งเป้าดำเนินการเปลี่ยนระบบให้แล้วเสร็จ ภายในปี 2568 สำหรับร้านอาหารทุกแบรนด์ในเครือฟู้ดแพชชั่น

We concern and monitoring in every food production process under social responsibility and animal welfare policy. Moreover, we still served happiness meals and deliver more products quality to our customers as our mission. 

So, Food Passion would like to announce that we will use “Cage-Free Eggs” as our raw material in our menu. (Fresh egg, process egg and other product/menu use egg as a key raw material). Cage Free Egg is come from hens has free to walk around in the hen’s house under the suitable condition and hygiene follow the Animal Welfare policy. Currently, “Charna” healthy shabu with ingredients sourced from farmers in Thailand have already been using cage-free eggs due to our intention to source ingredients that not only are beneficial for consumers but also for the society and the environment as well as supporting egg producers to sell products that are good for animals and Charna can also take part in following animal welfare standards.
